Milopuzzle Omdömen 

I've been asked to write a review for a product I still haven't received. Tracking is a joke. It has said "in transit" for a month now.

I was totally excited about giving a Formula 1 puzzle as a Christmas gift! But…..it never arrived. I paid for the puzzles but never received them. I’ve tried contacting their customer support several times but their support system has been shut down. Wish this wasn’t a scam, but it appears to be so.

I am still waiting for 2 puzzles that cost me $40 .... Thinking this is a scam

I ordered puzzles on December 10th for Christmas and it is now January 6th and I have not received my puzzles I'm not happy!

Just a rip off no product took our money.

Absolutely terrible all round. Non existent customer service, no reply to emails. So called tracking has product delivered to wrong address. Total bogus business. DO NOT Buy from them, they need to be closed down. Do not deserve any star rating but had to give one so you could write a review. SCAM !
I have emailed them 4 times now, 2 replies with no responsibility. I have requested refund twice, not holding my breath. Feel bad for those peeps that ordered several puzzles.

Buenas tardes, mi opinion es pesima con respecto a todo... compre un rompecabezas de 150 piezas y solo llegaron 80. Lo reporte inmediatamente y su respuesta fue... lo sentimimos mucho y lo que podemos hacer es darle un cupon para su proxima compra.
Les conteste que no... quiero que me manden lo que ustedes ofrecen en su pagina y que yo pedi, un rompecabezas de 150 piezas o el reembolso de mi dinero.
Les mande las fotos que solicitaron y siguen dando excusas para resolver SU error.

When I purchased my puzzle I received a email saying it has been shipped. Up to there everything was going fine, but since then I have not received my puzzle nor have I received any information about when I shall receive it. This is the second time I am trying to settle this problem. Please help me

I didn't receive my parcel as said it was delivered, I was at home at time it said was delivered and nothing arrived. I requested my money back but so far I didn't hear anything back. I would like to say waste of my precious time and money.

Two weeks past Christmas and still no puzzle.

I have the information that my order has been delivered but I did not receive it. The dustributor with whom they work yunexpress, does not recognize the tracking number they send me.

I am still waiting for my puzzles.

Pour ma part je considère qu'ils font de la publicité mensongère. Effectivement, dans la pub, on voit une belle boite en bois, avec sur le couvercle une image du puzzle une fois fini. Or ils livrent dans un sac en tissu, sans image. Donc le produit livré ne correspond pas à celui mis en avant. J'ai contacté le service commercial qui m'a répondu laconiquement qu'ils livraient ainsi. Ils m'ont proposé un bon d'achat que je n'ai pas reçu, et j'ai demandé au moins un fichier avec l'image, en vain. Je ne peux pas mettre zéro étoiles, mais c'est ce que cela mérite.

I am still waiting for it to arrive. The tracking number says it's been delivered but it has not by tracking number it is at a different suburb. Has been over one month.

I personally like the puzzles. All of them did deliver and my family does enjoy them. However, I purchased 6 large puzzles w/ 280 pieces for my kids to mount on their walls. They sent the smallest size. Also, no response from the company. Wish they sent link for reviews before purchase... Also, Amazon has excellent service- didn't see any there that were as "good" as these. Horrible customer service.

Felt very ripped off. The advertisement makes the puzzle look much bigger than it is. I expected it to arrive in a box after ordering the medium size, instead it arrived in a tiny pouch.

Ho fatto l'ordine il 6 dicembre. Non è arrivato per natale ma il 27 dicembre.
A parte il fatto che l'email di contatto non funziona, ho seguito sempre la spedizione dal "bottone" del monitoraggio sulla prima email di conferma.
Il puzzle non è arrivato con la scatola e concordo che la pubblicità non sia corretta ma il puzzle (ne ho presi 2 large: civetta e gatto) è bellissimo!
I pezzi sono precisi in legno e veramente belli. È particolarmente difficile (la civetta) ma poi ce la fai ed il risultato è veramente bello.
Arriva in un sacchetto di velluto viola con attaccato un cartoncino 5 cm x 5 cm. Io ho scansionato la figura e l'ho ristampata grande.
Quindi:
Anche se non arriva con la scatola
Anche se la figura di riferimento è piccola
Io sinceramente lo consiglio! La qualità è alta ed il puzzle è difficile e bello quanto basta.
