Puzzle was bought as a Christmas present, there were pieces missing. When emailed they would only offer a voucher for 30%. They were not willing to cover the cost of a faulty puzzle or even send a new one of the same puzzle just to replace the faulty puzzle

Would give no stars if I could. Like everyone else, ordered a puzzle for a Xmas present, freight tracking said it had been delivered, in Hong Kong, and I live in Australia! They are a scam company, never received a reply to emails, so sad that ppl get away with this crap.

Just dont order not worth it the money or hassle !

They suck never got anything deliver wont answer emails nor give a refund or even send replacement. Will do keep doing these reviews till there out of business Probably wont make a difference.

This is a scam company. I ordered a puzzle that never arrived. The tracking says it was delivered...to some company in Colorado. I tried to contact support and my emails keep bouncing. DO NOT GET ROBBED!!

I would give negative stars if I could. Abysmal, horrendous, dire company to deal with. Take note of other negative reviews. In my experience, they are probably all true.
Do not touch this company with a barge pole.
Ordered puzzle at start of Nov. Chased delivery at end of Nov.
Despite enclosing my order confirmation, SIX times company emailed me stating that they couldn't find my order. Each time order confirmation was enclosed.
Then they told me that my package had been delivered and to check with post office. Would not tell me which courier that they used but it was "so said" delivered to an address in Yanwen, China. I live in the United Kingdom!
I asked for a refund in mid Dec. After a LOT of wrangling with (truly) pretty much daily emails, I finally got my refund on 8th Jan 2023.
I very nearly just did a credit card charge back.
A really bad, immoral company. I truly cannot recommend AT ALL.

ALWAYS PAY THROUGH PAYPAL! I had to go through PayPal to get my ordered mailed out. It took awhile to receive it, website told me 5 days, but it did arrive. My 5 small sets came in nice little bags but with no paper to use as doing so little more complicated. The puzzle looks so small but pieces are nice thick wood. I suggest use PayPal, but one large at first, and go from there. Don’t forget use coupon codes online for your order on top ones they have on website.

I wouldn't give any stars if I could. It's been over a month since I placed my order and the so-called tracking says it just left the destination yesterday. How does long does it take to dip a puzzle? Never again.

Never received puzzle. The support email system won't accept emails. I tried writing to cancel my order and get a refund. They are a SCAM. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering and I wouldn't have ordered and lost my money.

I never received my order, it was delivered to a completely different state. I’ve tried emailing them at the support email provided but it always goes undelivered. This website is a complete scam.

The puzzle wasn't delivered as claimed by their shipping company. They claim it was delivered on the 31st Dec, it wasn't and so far the response from Milopuzzle has been very poor. I have been ripped off.

The puzzle I ordered was delivered to Chicago, IL.
I live in Nashua, NH...1006 miles away.
When I informed them of this fact, they told me to check with the post office. Twice.
Not: Oh, we are so sorry this happened, let us rectify the situation.
No, it was: This seems to be your problem. Twice, and then no further correspondence.
Thus, the one star review.

I ordered this product dec 8. It is now January 6th, 2023. Product was delivered on dec 30, 2022 to somewhere in west Virginia. I live in texas. No Costomer service. Email fails.

Jan 21.....still no product. I may as well have burned my $35. Do not do business with this company.

This company claims my order was delivered on Sunday by USPS...US mail does not deliver on Sundays. I sent 6 emails to them, all undeliverable. SCAM

How about actually sending it to me? I have received absolutely nothing to date, and do not expect to now. Will never buy from here again

Ordered two puzzles over a month ago. Still haven't got them. Did get this to leave a feedback though.

My puzzle has not arrived. Contacted milo puzzles and all I get is that it has been delivered. They will take your money but not give you the product. Going to take this further.

Never received my puzzle and tracking told me that it had been delivered to a address in Texas! My shipping address is clearly labeled
