I've been a Merrithew customer for almost two decades. I train under Stott Certified C2Body here in Massachusetts. I feel Merrithew equipment is the best quality and most functional equipment to use for my purposes. I started my pilates practice as I was turning 60,18 years ago. My loyalty to Stott and Merrithew has been earned over these many years. CC Martin introduced me to Stott pilates and she and Carolyn Stuart have created a community of incredibly loyal clients. I believe that I'm a healthy 78 year old because of them and the equipment and methods they use. I'm aging well. In addition, my experience when I order for myself from Merrithew is always excellent. I'm never, ever disappointed.

Purchased a couple of foam cushions. They arrived within a couple of days and they are exactly as described. Good quality product. The entire transaction was very smooth. Good job!

Easy ordering process

I tried phoning numerous times starting on Monday am but no one would pick up. I left a message on Tuesday and I was called Wednesday pm. Clerk said she would email me but I have still not received an email. I have one question re replacement parts. Your lack of customer service is very disappointing. I can only hope that what I ordered is truly what I need to fix my reformer.

My Sales rep Akash Patel made my purchase very easy and helped match the exact color I wanted!

I was unable to find the replacement rollers on the website so I contacted one of the last agents I had worked with and she got me the information very quickly. For some reason the search tool on the website would not take me to any rollers

Frustrating V2 plus reformer quality with multiple noise and friction issues as well as even more frustrating customer service! Basically, convenience store customer service level would be better than this. I Never expected this nightmare to happen to me 1 year ago when I purchased products. This is truly annoying and disappointing! Kimberley has NEVER answered the calls over the past 2 months. As requested from her, I had to place notes with my information on it every morning and night for several days at the entrance like a fool while shipment had been delivered to the wrong address so far. I had to exchange more than 20 emails with her with no progress and I almost begged to her to send another shipment before this week and obviously I am still waiting for replacement parts and this is ridiculous. My big training plan with my friend this week was completely ruined and all wasted! I watched Youtube video of Merrithew reformer issues. She ordered 2 reformers and both had obvious pulley noise issue which I am experiencing right now with my V2 reformer! I bet your product quality is not even close to the top brands with so many faulty products you send to customers. I believe potential customers out there should know about this issue before making a decision. Just overpriced and not worth $5000. This is funny!!

Akash Patel who is the Eastern USA sales manager did a fine job describing and evaluating the equipment options and being on top of delivery/logistics. He made the process seamless.

Even though I live in the UK there was a great line of communication and the cost of shipping was very competitive. The only change I would make the next time is to order more than one roll of resistance bands! The quality of the resistance band is exceptional. Thank you

The training was professional, thorough, well paced.
Our trainer was knowledgeable and wonderful presenter/demonstrator/teacher.

Material, practice, videos, demos, teaching/ practice etc would benefit with a longer training, but it was taught well to fit it all in within the one day approach.
