Very Noisy.
I chose Merrithew as the Merrithew website described the reformers as silent. Noise was the number one factor in my choice and then quality and it is excellent quality. It is pretty noisy - I reported this to Merrithew and the first time I was told having sent a video that the noise was normal, it sounds like metal on metal - the second time/ different person they said it did sound a little noise and sent me new rollers ( the machine was brand new). ! added the new rollers and still it is a very noisy machine. I wish I had bought the Align that I had done previous classes on as it was silent in comparison. So, a big purchase and I am most upset that I am stuck with a very noisy reformer. It should not be advertised as 'silent' as this is very disingenuous. Most upsetting as I do not enjoy my daily workouts. A big purchase and an every day reminder that you need to try before you buy. I feel like I have been scammed actually - and daily workouts are stressfull instead of enjoyable. I am upset and angry that neither Merrithew or the Physical company rectified the situation by collecting the reformer and giving us a full refund. It is super noisy. Disaster.

Since almost 4 months I am waiting for…
Since almost 4 months I am waiting for vertical towers for studio use. Payment also 4 months ago and still not arrived at the studio. So disappointed also about the communication with key account managers. Had to wait weeks for answers and was not even offered a small discount for reparation.

Incredible equipment let down by unacceptable service
Incredible equipment, when it eventually arrived, but the service in the UK was unacceptable. I was treated like a one‑off customer who doesn’t matter. Promises were repeatedly made and not kept, and I had to chase multiple times to receive my product. This experience stands out for all the wrong reasons. Prospective buyers should be cautious before investing significant sums.

Great reformer but constant cleaning of rails required
Great reformer SPX at home elevated....The rollers however seem to be slowly disintigrating causing me to clean debris of the rails everyday. I would like to find out the cause... they must be aware of this issue as they include a roller cleaning kit with the purchase and other reviews have pointed this feature out.
