Love my V2 Max Reformer
Love my V2 Max Reformer! I was lucky to find a studio that teaches reformer classes at all levels. Would highly recommend this for anyone, but especially for those of us who are retired and wanting to make sure we are doing all we can to stay healthy

I can't say enough good things about…
I can't say enough good things about Merrithew. My reformer is the best. I trust them with everything that I have bought. Always good quality, packaged well, instructions are there. The salesperson I spoke to was very helpful and really a nice person. Delivery people were amazing and explained to me everything I needed to know. I would not go anywhere else.

The slowest delivery ever, bad comms
The slowest delivery ever. We ordered and paid upfront on 1st March, delivery late July! No updates until we started complaining every few weeks. It seems they have expanded quickly without hiring enough staff/systems to deal with the logistics.
We are fully-equipped with Stott equipment, so we wanted a matching additional Reformer/Tower, otherwise we would have cancelled the order and gone elsewhere. Even now, Oct 1st, still waiting for a hand full of springs and other spare parts, chasing weekly...

Issues with delivery of items
We ordered some equipment on 7/28/25, but never received them after the 6-12 business day turnaround. We tried to follow-up with Kimberly Masih on 8/22/25 to get an update and then had to follow-up again on 9/2/25 at the sales email address before we heard back from anyone. We understand that there were issues with the UPS systems, but to not getting any type of update for over a month was a little upsetting.
