I am so impressed with the service. My daughter is a Pilates instructor and she told me about Merrithew. I asked her what she wanted for Christmas this year and she desperately wanted an arc. Not just any arc, especially not one from Amazon!! She knows very well about how wonderful Merrithew is and I definitely wanted to abide by her wishes. It literally came in one day!!! I ordered it on Monday and it came today, on Tuesday!!! Their service is the best!!! Thank you Merrithew, first of all for having the best equipment and also for the extremely fast delivery!!!

I had ordered in the wrong location, however Patti was great in advising me costs from my nearest location and swiftly provided a solution and options.

Came in a timely manner, had the pump and everything I needed.

Purchased balance and therapy wedge ($60 w/shipping). I’ve had for a few days and after one day of use sitting at my desk it deflated, and I had to keep re-inflating it. Product support provided me with a replacement valve and it seems to be working now, but I would’ve preferred to have a product that was working in the first place.

There was an item missing in my order and I still haven't received it and I haven't received replies to my emails as to when this will be rectified.

I was supported in the selection of the right reformer for me. Timelines for delivery was shorter than anticipated. The product it’s of outstanding quality and overall the entire process from the first contact to the shipment was perfect.

I am a Merrithew trained teacher, so chosing the Merrithew reformers was a no brainer. Delivery was promised in the week of the 21st of October. That week I reached out and they confirmed that the machines had been delivered in the warehouse in The Netherlands on the 21st of October. They would be with me beginning of the next week. The next week on Thursday I had a phone call they would be delivered the next week, on Monday. All communication on this order was from my side; none of it was proactive by Merrithew to inform me they wouldn't make their promised delivery time. I received the order with the wrong size cardio tramps, a damaged jumpboard and the double loops were missing. A week later those items still haven't been delivered. I love the V2 Max's, but everything about this delivery - and especially the lack in communication - has been disappointing.

I purchased a Reformer several years ago and it had a failing wheel recently. Through the repair process, I came to understand that there are NO servicing personnel. All repairs are DIY.

Excellent products, great videos and explanations of the products offered. Love the quality of items I have purchased through the years.

Firstly it was extremely difficult to find replacement shoulder pads on the website. When I finally found them I placed an order and didn’t hear anything for two weeks. I called and left at least five messages and nobody called me back. When I finally did reach someone last Friday i asked if they could rush the order since I been waiting this long, but no, the order was still shipped out by ground UPS. They will hopefully arrive by the end of this week!

I had to replace my spring holder. The part came in a timely manner and easy to replace. This is a very high-quality piece of equipment.

I really appreciate being able to talk to someone via phone and Merrithew always has someone to talk to. If they are not in, they will return your call. Great customer service!

The only suggestion is in terms of the online classes. You should have a category to filter classes by equipment. I was having a hard time finding classes that match the reformer I purchased.
