Ordered pants and top. The garments were the wrong size, material was cheap and it looked nothing like the on line pictures. I have been contacting the company but are yet to get a response and it’s been 2 weeks. I’m not hopeful after reading other reviews. Buyer beware !

I ordered the Russel patchwork shirt on 24 September; shipping took nearly 4 weeks! When I finally received the order, the shirt was a ridiculous, clown version of the item represented online. It seems to be made of !00% polyester; the advertised item appears to be a soft cotton or denim.
When I requested return instructions, it took 4 attempts before I received a reply. Here is exactly what I received from the company:

We are pleased to offer you two options:
Option 1: Return for a full refund
If you wish to return the product under our refund policy, please make sure it is returned to us in its original condition. When returning the product, please provide us with the return tracking number or link for validation purposes. Once you confirm this option, we will send you the return address and instructions right away.
Please keep in mind that your order was placed with a significant discount, and we also covered the shipping costs ourselves to offer you free shipping. For this reason, if you choose to return the product, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. In line with our company policy, we do not provide return labels or reimburse return shipping costs.
Please also be aware that our return address is located outside of Australia. The estimated return costs usually range between $30 and $40. In addition, any customs fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the sender. Please also note that we are not responsible for any loss of the package during transit. It can take up to 4–5 weeks before the full refund is processed.
Please note: if the package does not arrive at our return address in good condition, we will not be able to issue a refund. You are fully responsible for sending the returned product back to us in good condition. If the package gets lost or damaged during return shipping, you will be responsible for covering the damage.
Option 2: Keep the shirt with an 85% discount on a new order
You are welcome to keep the shirt and place a new order on our website with an 85% discount. There is no need to return anything.

I say to Melanie Melbourne, WHY would I want to spend more money on your crappy merchandise? Get stuffed! I'll absorb my loss and throw the shirt in the garbage before I buy anything else from your company!

I ordered a laundry bag several weeks ago. It stated “shipped” but no movement in weeks. Scam site I then went on Temu and they are selling the same for 1/3 price

Bought a pair of cords that took weeks to come and when they did they were ridiculously oversized both in waist but also legroom and really poor quality material. Never again.

Dont buy from scam site send you fake leather products wrong size and wont respond to emails big scam stay away 💯

I've recently ordered a product as a gift from this company and have had no success in getting a reply as to the whereabouts of the goods. Have I been scammed? Like other reviews I thought it was based in Melbourne Australia. Can anyone help me please?

I ordered on the 17th Sept 26 and was out for delivery on the 18th. Tracking has not moved since. Keep away from this site, they're very dodgy. I have since read that it is not a Melbourne company it is all coming from China

I purchased Roxy Built In Comfort Bra Tanktop from this company. The sizing is rediculously small. You need to go at least 2 sizes bigger than you think you need. Delivery took weeks and now I am trying to arrange to exchange the tops I bought to a larger size they only respond about once a week and then with nonsense. Today I received an apology for the pants I bought being too big, I didn't buy pants and they weren't too big. They then offered me a 70% discount on anything else instead of a exchange, so instead of getting what I want in a size that hopefully fits they want me to spend more money.
Extremely disappointed and will never be doing business with Melanie Melbourne again.
