Really good company experience at a very good price
Very easy to use ordering procedure.
Help desk was very responsive and informative.
After I placed my order I even has an immediate query to ensure that one of my thinner cuts was correct and I hadn't missed a zero off the size. ( I hadn't but great attention to detail).
Delivery was very quick.

This is the second time I have used MDF…
This is the second time I have used MDF Direct.
Once again, communication was great-I was given regular updates on the status of my order.
Completion of the order was fast too. I ordered on the Tuesday and received the following Saturday.
The corners of the boards were better protected this time-they had plastic caps on each to protect during transit. The rest of the boards were just wrapped in polythene, not bubble wrap like last time. I was a little concerned by this but I needn't have been as the boards were delivered in excellent condition by the friendly courier.

2 -3 days delivery was over a week without any communications until i chased up the order, it then arrived a couple of days later after the weekend it was needed. Deliver driver was excellent.

Positive reviews are most likely AI
I suspect all the positive reviews here are Ai generated like all their email responses , took over 7 days through numerous attempts to arrange 2 small samples , after 2 addrional phone calls I was told sample take a further 7 days and they can’t for fill my request.
Basically this company and its landing pages mfc direct are just mining customers then out sourcing request to off shore suppliers posing they are based in the uk and out source communication to free lance customer support agents with no knowledge and most likely answer 900 companies incoming calls and use AI emails to fob you off
If your based in south hall it dont take 14 days for a sample I could walk backwards to south hall from London in 4
Issue with the internet !
