MDF Direct reached out and investigated my review and shared a few photos of the problems encountered and they then offered a gester compensation to me which I accepted as I have already installed the wood panels. Quick and efficient service
Quick and efficient service. Cutting was accurate and exactly as specified. Not perfect though, as some pieces had minor dents in their edges despite being well packed.

Ordered a few odd size pieces just…
Ordered a few odd size pieces just after Christmas and they were delivered just after new year. Lots of communication about delivery and each piece was wrapped with corner protectors. Delivery was not cheap but as I ordered moisture resistant board it was definitely worth paying. Would absolutely use MDF Direct again

This a bit of a long winded review but to any small businesses out there this is worth a read - I needed to order some Mdf strips for a job that started directly after Christmas, so tried a few suppliers but none could guarantee delivery when I needed it. Wasn’t a massive order but massively important to me, I spoke to Trizia at Mdf direct in customer services prior to ordering and she said they would be able to meet my requirements both on delivery and materials..I can’t tell you how far this company went to make sure I had what I needed when I needed it. Ok there were a few missed deliveries but I was kept up to date with the process virtually every day even though it was over the Christmas period, and when it arrived my delivery driver Mohammed was as spot on, helpful, polite and apologetic for the late delivery. If you’re looking for a company that looks after every business big and small I can’t recommend these guys enough. Thank you again to everyone at Mdf direct.

Top Quality Product and Great Service
Ordered an oak veneered MDF slab for use as a boot room bench. It was cut perfectly and slotted into place. Almost perfect.
Apart from the delivery being two days later than agreed, I can't fault the service. To be fair it was New Year, so it's understandable. The board was the correct dimensions and in good condition.

Try a different supplier unless you can collect the MDF yourself!
I ordered a sheet of MDF and made clear I needed it by 27.12.24. The delivery was delayed but there was an attempt to deliver on the 24th. I left instructions for the plank to be left in my greenhouse which is at the front of my house as I would not be in. The driver ignored my text - which was sent before he arrived - and did not leave it there, but instead returned the plank. I was then advised that an attempt was made on the 26th but no-one was in. That is just not accurate as some body was in all day. There was then another attempt to re-arrange. I advised I would be away between the 30.12.24-02.01.25. I got a text advising me that the plank would be delivered on the 30th!! I had to text back and remind again that I would not be in and I copied my previous emails advising of the same. It only then transpired that the plank could not be left in the greenhouse as there is only a single delivery guy who cannot lift it alone.
I don’t have the MDF yet. The event I wanted it for has come and gone (I was using it as a table extension as the supplier well knew). The whole thing has been shambolic.
Unless you can collect the MDF yourself, try a different supplier!
