change the shipping services provider. I can't get over the fact that my parcel traveling from one EU country (netherlands) to another EU country (Greece) without customs, took 13 working days to arrive.
The jewlery looks very well made, i am excited to wear them. But it took disturbingly long. i've had parcels with customs ordered that were delivered in less amount of time. The customer services were very helpful regarding this issue and i thank you for that.

This is one of the best stores I’ve ever tried. First, the products are perfect and high quality, exactly as described. Moreover, I’m so positively impressed by the accurate envelopement; the packages and boxes are so elegant and impeccable in all the details, which make the products perfect to give as a present too. And finally, the availability and kindness the staff showed during the process of shipping was admirable: I’ve asked for help twice and they replied suddenly, and exhaustively helped me out .
