Unresolved Issue - They are Ignoring Me Hoping I Go Away
This is another review of the non-customer service that MattBcustoms claim they offer.
I have an ongoing complaint regarding the shoddy workmanship of a custom job I asked them to do (see my previous review).
They are not honoring their talk/promise to review the photos I sent and try to make this situation better. Instead, they have ignored me hoping it will go away. But it won’t.

Reached out to Matt and the team to thrown some ideas around for making some custom AF1’s for a real life event Party hosted in Miami for the NFT project I’m a part of. The team were amazing over email making sure we tweaked things and finalized details before making a mock up and proceeding with the work. Recieved my sneakers this week. We al know Nike QC can be terrible at times, absolute opposite with the product produced by Matt and the team. The attention to detail is incredible!! Couldn’t be happier with their work and if you’re looking for custom sneakers don’t look no further. Huge thanks to Matt and the Team for the absolute sick work

Amazing work
I ordered two matching pairs of shoes for my boyfriend and me, the design was a moon shining over water with a date and a quote on it. When we received the shoes they were absolutely amazing. We love them so much.
