Hi Sara, any customs charges is not a charge from us, it's a charge from your country's customs and that's why the money isn't being requested from us. As you can see on the website, if you're from the EU you will be subject to customs and duty charges as we're a UK company and no longer part of the European Union. This is clearly outlined on the website to avoid any confusion or surprises. The reason you are receiving payment requests from customs is because the shoes are in your country being held by customs. I have just checked shipping and we shipped them 2 weeks after your order being placed. Unfortunately until the customs charge is paid, you will not receive the shoes as customs will keep hold of them.

EXCITEMENT ENDED IN DISAPPOINTMENT
Very excited to receive the custom Jordan 1 Cactus Joggers Low. Unfortunately, disappointed in the workmanship of the sewing(received unraveling on the inverted swoosh and both outer gray material). Also, the shoe string organizer was replaced with a cheaper material and no longer has 23 on it like the original shoe and in your pictures. Requesting to speak to someone in regards to these issues. Will provide pictures.

True to the Game
As I came across the promotion for the shoes I loved the concept because it was different from other customs I've seen. Although I love their designs on the display, additionally the professionalism from the team and customer service - the customized LD I purchased were not ideally what I was expecting. The item is likable, but I don’t love it. The color was truly off.

PERFECT "Re-Custom"
2 x pairs of MBC's so far and PERFECT! Most recent pair was an act of Pure Customer Service. Customer Service is much used but MBC took a pair of shoes & "re-customed" making them AMAZING! We will definitely be back. Updates received all the time, super quick turnaround. Excellent service and deserves 6 stars. Good luck to your team!

Garbage! Scam
Absolutely horrific customer service. It took 1 month for my order to arrive and when it was the wrong size they wouldn’t consider replacing them. Complete trash. I spent $400 on shoes I cannot wear.

Due to no fault of our own we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. If we had made any error on size or design, we would always amend this. As you ordered the wrong size and only realised once they arrived with you in Switzerland we will not exchange this. Size guides are provided all across our website to ensure customers are confident in their sizing. We also note that if you are unsure of your size you should try on a pair in a store before purchasing. Your order was created and turned around in 2 weeks (our website does state orders can take up to 30 days to be shipped), and due to the delays with the UK and Swiss customs you didn’t receive the shoes for another 2 weeks. Of your £290 order, you were then hit with customs and import charges, as you can understand this is out of our control and something we do warn customers of on our website. As you’re aware, the customs charges in Switzerland are particularly high. To avoid this issue, we do state on our website that we don’t offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products. We do this to ensure that customers are confident in ordering their correct size and EU customers are aware of import taxes.
