I bought the Asri zip dress and it is absolutely gorgeous! The fit is perfect, the material is stretchy in the right places and holds you in in the right places. You can wear it with the zip down without a bra and it gives you the perfect cleavage!!! It also has deep pockets and thumb holes at the end of the sleeves.

The puff pants are fabulous. I was a bit worried at the start, because the waist band felt really tight but can confirm: super comfy through 20 hours of plane travel and still look as fab as when I put them on the day before.

Amazing products. I have 2 items i have purchased so far and the quality is amazing. They are expensive but now after having tried on the clothes it is money well spent. Shipping was super fast and it was easy to make a return as well. I will definitely be looking to add more items in the future x

Pretty disappointed with this company. I have had my eye on their products for some time but hesitated before buying as they are very expensive for what they are. I placed an order and while the clothes seem high quality, they didn’t fit so I returned them for a refund. I had an email on 06/11/25 confirming that they had received my return and were processing it. It’s now 28/11/25 and I still haven’t received my refund. My emails go unanswered. Really poor customer service.

A brilliantly designed, beautifully conceived and well made piece of clothing. It hugged me in all the right places and was so, so comfortable that I wanted to wear it night and day. Delivery was swift, too. Worth every penny and can't wait to invest in another piece soon.

I have a lot of Manners clothing that I have washing and wearing for years. Very soft and stretchy and you don't need to wear a bra with most of the tops but they give a great shape. Delivery very fast in the UK. Usually next day..

Been a loyal customer for a good while now and love your stuff and ethos but the only item I’ve sent back over 3 weeks ago hasn’t been refunded and I’ve had no acknowledgment to an email I’ve sent, no acknowledgment to a comment on your social media even though you seem to upload new stories daily so you should have seen it, such a shame as I ordered in error, tried to email to cancel the order snd
No-one got back to me, then when the item did arrive it didn’t fit very well so returned and have had to wait for the refund, it’s not cheap and I really loved your company but I won’t be buying again, this is a really disappointing experience, even if you just replied to one of these explaining the situation if you’re having issues that would be one thing but to leave people in the dark is not on

It's bad enough that it takes up to a fortnight to acknowledge a return which is stressful enough but that is not where it ends that just recognises that it's been seen back at the place still waiting on money still having to pay for klarna payments on a dress that I returned weeks ago now. I wanted so much to support this business but when you are paying premium prices for items the last thing you want is waiting on premium returns it's not a small amount of money to anxiously be watching for. Personally I wouldn't order again based on this alone

Just received my first order and I am delighted with my purchase! The quality is superb, it's super flattering, supportive, and comfortable. I have avoided the style of dress for years due to my lumps and bumps, so its great to be able to wear this dress and feel fabulous - not at all self conscious.

Bought a dress and returned early September, have been waiting for a refund and have had no reply to numerous emails.
I paid using Clearpay and they've held the upcoming payments twice for me now and are refusing to hold the final payment so are asking for all 3 upcoming payments this Saturday when I have returned the dress. I cant afford to pay for a dress I no longer possess and shouldn't have to either. I wish I had seen others returns complaints before making my purchase as I would never have bought from this company in the first instance. I actually loved the dress but thw fabric was see thru when worn. And as a company that promote wearing their clothing without needing a bra. Not a good look!!!!

I lost my order number and emailed multiple times. I need to return this order and they are ignoring me. Terrible customer service!
