So happy with my swimwear. Just the right thickness and a good style and fit. Read the fit description for each piece as I was a different size in each item.

Absolutely. Freakin. LOVE IT.

Great customer service and fast delivery. The tops are excellent quality, don’t go see through when stretched and sizing is flexible and inclusive.

You can also go bra free wearing these tops and they will keep even larger boobs (36J) in place for a time.

Realistically, they hold you in place with lighter moderate movements, anything beyond that and you’ll need to readjust and pop your boobs back into position.

The crop tops do have a tendency to ride up, over a non flat bellies while walking, that is a little disappointing. No issue of this with full length tops.

Overall good product and likely to buy again if they last as well as expected.

Ordered several pieces from Manners London. The clothes are always of a consistent high quality and i always receive them very quickly too. Returns due to my ordered an unsuitable size has always been a smooth process too. Can definitely recommend.

I have at least 10 pieces from this company. Delivery is quick and though pricey the quality is excellent.

Having previously purchased items from this store and been happy with them, I was unprepared for what happened with my latest order.
I ordered a dress on the 22nd January which unfortunately was too big so I popped it straight it back in the original packaging and started the returns process as per the instructions on their website. The return was approved and processed on the 7th Feb 2025. According to the terms and conditions, the refund should be within 14 days. I have emailed on 4 separate occasions since then asking when my refund will be received and I am still yet to receive any response 2 months later. I have now had to resort to raising a dispute via Shopify and writing this review.
Please beware if you are buying from this store and there is any risk of needing to return it (doubt on size etc). These clothes aren't cheap and next time I save my money up for a nice dress I will not be ordering from Manners London.
An apology at any point in the last 2 months would have made this farcical experience a lot more tolerable.

I put this dress on a felt like a new person. I’ve recently been through a painful divorce- after a 9 year abusive relationship, feel like a shell of a person, and a simple black dress has made me feel a million times better and like me again!! Get me on that night out where I can show it off!!

Firstly, I love the clothing; it's well made and flattering, and has pockets!! I love the general ethos of the company. This is not fast fashion; it's clothing that will last, and that's a special thing. The only negative about this company is the length of time it takes to get a refund once you've returned something. You get an e-mail to let you know that your return has been received and that your return has started to be processed...........and then you wait. Up to 3 weeks. I guess it's because it's a small company, but it's still frustrating as if you've ordered a couple of different sizes to try it's really expensive and waiting that length of time for money to be refunded can be difficult. I'm put off trying a lot of things for that reason.

Really love these clothes, sexy AND comfy! First time wearing the puff pants a stranger on the street asked where they're from. Exchanges were straightforward, only thing that could be improved is not having to print the returns label yourself. Good customer communication. Already made a second order :))))

Wow! I'm so grateful I finally took the plunge and ordered some Manners clothes after watching Sal's adverts for ages and wondering whether to invest in some puff pants and a dress. As someone who has struggled all my life to find clothes that fit me and make me feel good (I have lipoedema and I am quite different sizes on my upper and lower body), I was blown away by the comfort, quality and fit of Manners' clothes. And, having read a bit about Sal's background and watched her adverts, it only adds to my good feelings about this brand. Body positivity, happiness and joy is what it's all about. Thanks Sal and the Manners team. Fan for life, here!

The suit is so nice comfy and as described the only issue I have is the strings at the bottom not sure what to do with them once I tie to make the bottom oof the trouser tighter . but I love it
