Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy Omdömen

The team at Mallorca Mortgage recently assisted me with a mortgage application for Spain, which is a highly complex topic in this country. They were incredibly responsive and crystal clear with their information and instructions. They secured me the mortgage I needed, with the terms and conditions I needed, in record time. What I also found impressive was that the whole team were able to pick up my queries along the way (of which there were several, as well as many questions from my lawyer who was inexperienced in these matters in terms of process) irrespective of staff holidays or other absences. The team absolutely went well over and above the norm - excellent customer service as well as having a high knowledge base. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The Girls at Mallorca Mortgage were attentive and informattive at all stages of the application process. I highly recommend this business from the A1 service I received from Joanne and Nicky.

All the best

Great service every time

What a fantastic team - professional, knowledgeable and more importantly, nothing was ever too much of a problem. We were in safe hands from the start of our process through to the end. It’s rare to find a well connected, friendly and efficient organisation who speak multiple languages and I cannot recommend them highly enough

We had great service from MMC and would definitely recommend this company to anyone buying a property in Mallorca

Nicky and her team are brilliant, so professional but make your life easy. They assisted us from mortgages and setting up a bank. Also made our job at the notary so smooth and straightforward.
Would highly recommend and use again.

Fantastic service and communication and the process was made seamless throughout.

I was able to contact MMC and get a helpful response without issue.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. We met Nicky after being recommended. Nicky explained the various mortgage options and also gave us advice on the Spanish buying process as this was our first time buying a property in Spain. The valuation of the property was carried out 2 days later and we had a mortgage offer within one week. Nicky and her team also arranged our NIE numbers and dealt with the lawyers, notary office and selling estate agent. Everyone we dealt with at Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy (Nicky, Joanne, Kim and Tracey) are all very quick at replying to emails and phone calls. From viewing the property to completing the purchase and getting the keys to our apartment was less than 2 months and would have been even quicker other than a 2 week delay on our part. First class service and took all the stress out of the whole process. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish! Would happily use them again and recommend MMC to anyone in need of that kind of services.
Nicky and Jo made everything very clear and did exactly as they say, doesn't happen very often now a days.

We just wanted to give a very heart warming Thank You to Nicky, Kim, Joanne and everyone at MMC. Your commitment to help us especially with the difficulties and challenges faced during the lockdown. You went above and beyond all our expectations, reassuring us all the way step by step. Thank you for making our dream in Muro a reality. Love & Take Care Wishes to you and your families. Penny & Julian.

Fantastic service throughout. The girls really worked hard on our behalf to achieve our dream property abroad. Would highly recommend using this company. 😊❤️

Excellent service from start to finish! Would happily use again.
Nicky and the team made everything very clear for me.

Top service from start to finish. No complaints & would confidently use again. Thank you!

What an unbelievable service. We hit some tricky obstacles due to the likes of covid and financing and the team dealt with them smoothly and professionally at every point! Very pleased.

We have been looking to buy a property in Mallorca for about 2 years and during that time Nicky has been absolutely fantastic, really helpful and professional. We would DEFINITELY recommend her and the team to anyone.

Thank you for your patience and professionalism in guiding me through what I had expected to be a daunting process but you made it simple and straightforward with everything explained clearly along the journey.

The service we recieved from Mallorca Mortgage was excellent. They kept us informed throughout the process. I would definetly recommend Mallorca Mortgage.

Nicky and her team were recommended to us by our real estate agent. We did not regret it a single minute! It was our first property purchase on Mallorca and the entire MMC team did a fantastic job. They were always very professional, extremely responsive and – especially during COVID-19 times – very helpful. We were not allowed to travel to Mallorca and Nicky managed everything on our behalf. You can trust MMC 100% and we highly recommend them.
Thank you very much Nicky, Kim and Tracey!

I started the process solo, which wan't going very well, or fast, and ended up at MMC on recommendation from a friend. Nicky and team were fantastic, getting me a better deal than I would have anyway, and giving great help all the way through. I, like the others above, would not think about using, or recommending anyone else.
A++ Thanks loads, Nicky, Tracy and Kim!
