Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy Omdömen

We received a great service from MMC, they ensured that all our questions were answered in a timely manner and that we were kept up to date with each step of the process. They were recommended to us and we would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone else. Thank you ladies :-)

Nicky, Tracey and Kim were absolutely brilliant they made things very simple for me. They also recommended other services which were equally as seamless and efficient. I would recommend MMC in a heartbeat which I guess is why they were recommended to me

Tracey and her kind team from MMC made our mortgage approval process quite easy and beneficial. Their communication regarding our questions and appointments was very professional and promptly. We received an outstanding service from MMC and moved into our beautiful apartment in a short time period. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, quick and reliable advises and great support throughout the entire process. Highly recommended.

Really excellent service. We purchased our first property in Mallorca and this was a new experience for us with Spanish mortgages, bank and law.
The team in Palma could not have been more helpful. Working with 3 people Nicky, Kim and Tracey I have to say I was very impressed with how coherent the whole experience was. It didn't matter who you spoke to or heard from, everyone was up to date and on point.
The rate we achieved was fantastic and better than direct with banks.
We also had comms outside of normal office hours where required and nothing was too much trouble. Liaising with banks and lawyer it made the process much easier.
I wish MMC every future success and can see why they have flourished in Palma.
Thank you!

Nicky, Tracey and Kim made a big difference in a short space of time.
They quickly connected with our Estate Agent Nathan and the legal team to ensure everything was in place. They went beyond their scope to ensure everything moved forward. Responsive, trustworthy and very well connected. So pleased to have met with them.

The service provided by the whole MMC team is simply excellent. They do all they can to make the experience of arranging a mortgage abroad very straightforward. Their knowledge of the market, how it works and negotiating on your behalf is very beneficial. I would have no hesitation in recommending the personal, friendly and highly response service they provide. Thank you again!

So helpfull ,quick and professional.....you "tick" all the boxes :)

As a first time buyer of an overseas property I found the whole process of applying for a mortgage very easy even though there were difficulties with the purchase of property. That was due to the knowledge, efficiency and diligence of the staff at Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy. They responded quickly to emails, phone calls and follow up of information - they always got results, and I didn't have to be there! I would thoroughly recommend Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy. THANK YOU TO NICKY AND ALL HER STAFF.

We have used Nicky several times and have never been disappointed by the level of professionalism and attention to our needs!

She has never let us down and always come up trumps with great deals resulting in great purchases!

Supported by Tracey & Kim nothing is too much trouble when you are asking the same thing...... for the 20th time!!

They do what it says on the tin! A rare find these days!

We were extremely satisfied with the excellent and frienly service we received. They have great contacts in many banks and managed to get us a good mortgage under challenging circumstances. We recommend them highly and are greatful for their persistent and successful efforts on our behalf.

Moving our mortgage was extremely stressful. Nici and her team took the stress and anxiety away and dealt with everything with speed efficiency and empathy

After a bad experience a few years earlier when purchasing a property in Spain, i was somewhat apprehensive about purchasing in Mallorca.
Nikki and her team (Kim and Tracey) are absolutely fantastic. A very professional company who made the purchase of my property so easy and stress free. They get you the best mortgage rates, they have great contacts for lawyers and currency exchange and made the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable.

A fantastic, friendly and professional service from the initial phone call to having an agreed mortgage offer ready to purchase our property in Mallorca.

Nicky and her team are truly excellent from start to finish!
It’s a daunting prospect buying a property abroad but Nicky and her team took care of everything from opening bank accounts to sorting the legal aspect and even did a snagging list on the property so we didn’t have to fly over and waste money.
