I cannot recommend Amanda Wayne at mortgagesdirectSL highly enough. We first met her at the place in the sun convention in Manchester 3 years ago. Form the start she was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the Spanish mortgage market and quickly managed to secure us a mortgage at a very good rate. We then did a complete U-turn and bought an off plan project that would take nearly 2.5 years to complete. Amanda kept In touch the whole time and when the time came to apply again; she put so much work in to secure us a fantastic product that I could hardly believe she doesn’t charge more for her work. She is very competitively priced and managed to get us over the line with Sabadell at higher LTV than I thought possible as a non Spanish resident.
We now have a very nice apartment In La Cala and Amanda made the whole process as stress free as it could possibly be.
