Vielen Dank

Fantastic experience!! Tracey took us through from knowing nothing about Spain mortgage market to buying our villa. She negotiated hard and got us the best deal i believe

Tracey was very responsive and got things done fast which was very appreciated

Would highly recommend to use them!

I was recommended to contact MMC by an estate agent as I started thinking about buying a property in Mallorca. From my first conversation with Nicky, where she explained the process, what would be needed when and, important points to consider as I made my decision I knew I would be in good hands.
Once the offer was made, working with Jovana was a dream. We were in constant contact as she worked on my behalf. It was not the smoothest of processes but, she handled everything like a pro.
I have recommended MMC already and will continue to happily do so.

All done within 1 week - exceptional service

Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy were recommended to us by an experienced estate agent as we were finding the process of applying for a mortgage directly with Spanish banks a challenge. From the moment I first spoke to Tracey, one of the lovely team, I knew we were in good hands and it was such a relief to have all their help, expertise and advice. With their thorough knowledge of the market they took all our details and documentation and secured us the perfect mortgage in record time as we were facing a tough deadline. At every stage they were calm, efficient, reassuring and thoroughly professional. They were always quick to deal with any queries and liaised constantly with our estate agent, the bank and solicitor. I cannot praise them enough and I am sure that without them we would not have our dream home in Mallorca!

First rate professional company, nice people to deal with, very happy to recommend all the team.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to be recommended Mallorca Mortgage Consultants by our estate agent after offering on a property in July 2021. From the outset we received amazing service from Nicky, Tracey & Kim. Once we had provided them with the required information they did the rest, working in tandem with our lawyer. The process was completely seamless to us back in the UK but any questions or concerns we had were addressed swiftly and nothing was too much trouble. The valuation and mortgage approvals were completed very quickly and we were awed at their efficiency.

When we arrived in Mallorca this week (Sept 2021) to complete on our property, Tracey was there to support us at Notary and Bank meetings (MMC had also arranged bank account openings on our behalf). It was so reassuring to have that support. Their level of service and commitment to clients is remarkable. We cannot thank MMC enough and would highly recommend.

Tracey, Kim and Nicky - huge thanks from us.

Philip and Hannah

With thanks to Jovana and team during this period where travel has been heavily restricted we were professionally advised and supported in all matters regarding property purchase in Mallorca.
We would happily recommend their services to anybody looking to go down this road as their expertise and experience in this area will certainly save time, money and unecessary problems.

MMC provided us with truly spectacular service. We encountered a number of unexpected obstacles during our property search and purchase, and the team at MMC navigated their way through them all swiftly and with expertise. Without their support, we would never have been able to complete the purchase of our new home within the time constraints we had. The service was consistently responsive, professional and very friendly. Huge thanks again to Kim, Nicky and the team. Jackie

Toller Service. Bei Jovana ist man bestens betreut. Sehr kompetent und stets hilfsbereit.

This is a wholehearted 100% recommendation to use MMC to get a mortgage in Spain. There is NO WAY we could have navigated the process in under two months without their valuable engagement. And you will never get financing at a cheaper rate than using MMC.

Jovana from Mallorca Mortgage was recommended highly and yet still delivered way beyond expectations. Firstly by find a better rate/deposit than expected. Secondly and most importantly, hand holding me through the entire process with timely information, responses and going above and beyond to make sure every step happened correctly (I don't think I could have turned up at the notary without her help). And, lastly, when difficulties arose urgently taking the job on to find a solution above and beyond what was expected and necessary. I wouldn't hesitate to work with again or recommend.

In summary: efficient, extremely informative and exceptional service.

I cannot recommend Mallorca Mortgage highly enough. Being a non resident the process of buying a house can be very daunting but the team at Mallorca Mortgage were so helpful all the way through the process and made everything so much easier. Tracey went above and beyond to answer our questions, liaise with the bank, and make sure we knew what was happening at every stage of the process and made sure we got a great deal on our mortgage as well!

Guiding you every step of the way, the team at MMC are super helpful, and super well connected. Simplifying the bureaucracy of Spain is not an easy challenge especially for outsiders. Without a doubt I'll be calling MMC for my next mortgage!

Nicky was an excellent guide throughout my entire purchasing process! Not only finding me an excellent mortgage very quickly but also with any questions I had along the way with general house buying procedures. I would strongly recommend Nicky and the team at Mallorca Mortgages for anyone who wishes to use this service in Mallorca! Thank you Nicky!!

The MMC ladies are amazing. From start to finish no stress, nothing was ever a problem for this team...even in lockdown restrictions!
Couldn't recomment them highly enough.

A huge thank you to a brilliant Team at MMC for their professionalism and speedy work! No fuss, no stress and highly efficient!

A genuinely positive and straightforward experience, with the team at MMC really helping us through a complicated process in a foreign language with minimal fuss and inconvenience to ourselves.
