Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy Omdömen

Nicky and her team are highly competent, attentive, friendly and service-oriented in every way.

Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy provided us with efficient advice and walked us through the process step to step until the mortgage was secured. Definitely recommend their services which are professional with a special thanks to Jovana who was always available to guide us and provide answers in a timely manner.

Absolute Empfehlung!

Betreuung, Abwicklung Wahnsinn !!!
Besten Dank Dir Jovana

Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Frau war jeden Euro wert!!!

Fantastic, helpful, caring and responsive team. Thank you for helping us on our journey to home ownership in mainland Spain!

Really appreciated all the expertise shown by Mallorca Mortgage consultancy.
The team there always replied and guided us through the seemingly complex mortgage process. They responded to our out of office calls and enquiries also
Experienced friendly and concise mortgage advice
Would highly recommend

A fantastic personal service and an excellent mortgage deal. We highly recommend the friendly team at MMC to anyone looking for a mortgage. Thankyou so much for helping us to buy our new home!

My experience with MMC was first class from start to finish. Despite a prolonged 3 year process (no fault of MMC) I was supported throughout by Tracey who took all the heavy lifting and clearly has excellent relationships with several lenders and got me the deal I wanted. I always felt confident MMC would deliver- I can only highly recommend them.

I received a very attentive, personalised and professional service at this boutique consultancy, and for fewer fees than the larger more known ones. Jovana found a deal that other brokers said was impossible. Would not hesitate to return or recommend it to others.

I'm very, very happy with Mallorca Mortgage. I'm a difficult case, but they still got me a mortgage. Nicky seems to have a huge network that allows her to find the right bank for each applicant. During the process, the Mallorca Mortgage team was very competent, very helpful, very quick and very kind.
I can certainly recommend Mallorca Mortgage!

I had a great experience working with Tracey and the MMC team. After I got her all the documentation, she took care of the complete mortgage application, taking everything out of my hands, whilst keeping me informed of the different steps. In the end, it was the easiest and smoothest part of the buying process! For me, as a first time buyer, and especially buying abroad, this support was worth gold. So I can only recommend the professional and friendly service the team offers!

I would like to thank the whole team for your professional approach and kind support throughout the entire and, indeed, long process of mortgage arrangement. You have always been there when I needed you and I appreciate your explaining every step to me every time.
I very much value our cooperation and I will definitely recommend your services whenever I get a chance.

Your company has not disappointed us starting from the first call.
You guys are a great team and it was honor for us to have had you by our side.

Jovana at MMC made our first experience of navigating the property ladder in Mallorca very smooth and painless. So efficient, supportive and patient with our endless questions. Transparency and fastidious attention to detail is what you get. Thank you.

MMC have been absolutely fabulous! Nicky, Kim & Tracey have been exceptional in getting us our mortgage. I was very anxious about it at times and they calmed me down and explained the process thoroughly to me. They helped us through each step of the way and even at the Notary when signing for the apartment they were there still offering advice and help. My advice to anyone looking for a mortgage in Majorca is to simply not look anywhere else apart from MMC if you want a wonderful service. It’s just a shame I could only choose the available 5 stars here as they really deserve 10 out of 10! Thanks so much Nicky, Kim & Tracey! We are so happy in our new home thanks to your help! I would recommend MMC time and time again! Fabulous!

Muchas gracias ! :)

My Wife and I would like to extend our best recommendations of Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy.

Our purchase wasn´t a large property, and the entire transaction got severely complicated and delayed, due to a tenant not vacating the premises as planned.

Jovana at Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy remained vigilant throughout the entire process, and we can now finally rejoice at having purchased our dream home in Mallorca.

Jovana and the rest of the team simply delivers immaculate service, and we would not have been able to get through this process without them.

Thank You All kindly,
Br Thomas & Pia

We highly recommend using MMC if you are looking to purchase a property in Mallorca. Nicky and her team are brilliant and clearly explained the convoluted acquisition process and helped us every step of the way, from helping to secure the best mortgage rate to attending the final compraventa meeting with us. They are very professional firm that made the whole process go very smoothly. We would definitely use them again.
