Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy Omdömen

I have recently used MMC to arrange a mortgage to purchase a property.
They held my hand every step of the way.
Tracey, Kim and all of the staff went out of their way to ensure that the whole process was so quick and smooth.
Thank you.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Hi, We used MMC to sort out our mortage with bank, MMC worked really hard to get us the mortage we needed to buy our home.
Correspondence, phone calls, keeping us updates was professional can not fault them at all.
Tracey , Kim were all brilliant easy talk to about any queries we had.
Woukd definitely recommend and us MMC in the future .

MMC was one of four recommendations we received when we decided to purchase a property in Mallorca. Besides finding us the best commercial terms, what stood out with Tracey, our counterpart at MMC, was her ability to make the process feel simple. Both by being excellent at explaining the steps but also very transparent. As a non-resident, having someone like Tracey is priceless. Even after the closing she is available to help to bridge any misunderstandings with the bank. I think that says a lot about her professionalism and dedication. I would highly recommend Tracey.

We have just used MMC to help with the purchase of our new property and we can not fault them they have been incredible, from the very beginning of the process Jovana has been amazing, attentive and has made the whole process completely stress free.
I will 100% be contacting MMC and Jovana for any future purchases
can not recommend them enough !

A truly wonderful and seamless experience from start to finish, I was fortunate enough to work with Matthew and Jovana through my application process and woukd suggest they are the most professional individuals I have come across and I have worked in the Financial Industry for over 30 years, great value as well

From start to finish the ladies at MMS were professional, friendly and clear on how the process worked. Honestly couldn’t be happier. My one comment would be to just have one person as the main contact for each client. It got a little confusing having multiple.

Communicative, quick and helpful throughout the process and supported us well before we even had an offer accepted.

Very efficient company, I used Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy, a lady called Kim Shields to purchase a villa in Spain from the UK, Kim managed everything from start to finish, very professional company that found me a good mortgage rate for the term of the loan. I would recommend 100%

Nicky and her team were professional, knowledgable and extremely helpful when we brought our property. This scenario could be stressful but was made seamless. Thanks again

I can highly recommend Nicky and her team if you are looking for a Spanish mortgage. They worked quickly and efficiently and were patient and understanding with the hiccups that happened along the way. They offer a truly personal service and made the whole process very easy and and stress free as possible. Do not hesitate to contact them.

A great service, with a team that truly does care. Exceptional advice, support and guidance. I would absolutely recommend Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy.
A big thank you to the MMC team.

All the staff were so very helpful and arranged everything for us , nothing was to much trouble , they made what could have been a stressful process, stress free .
I would recommend Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy to anyone we are very grateful for the service they provided to us

Highly professional, know their stuff, work very effectively and efficiently to get the job done and always with a very strong client focus and a smile. Big thanks to the whole team at MMC with special thanks to Tracey who handled our case, was lovely to work with and superb at her job.

I can say I wouldn’t have had any other team to help me purchase my first property ever! What an amazing team, each of them made my experience feel exciting, safe and controlled! I felt very accommodated, safe and everything they did was so professional and on time. I have already recommended them to a few friends and I can tell you you will only benefit by having them by yourside when purchasing your property and getting everything in order for the buy. Thank you to all of you ❤️

They had answers to all our questions, even on the ones we didn't ask. The hole process with the bank was smooth and easy.

Mallorca Mortgage were fantastic in securing a mortgage for a complicated situation. The team of Nicky and Kim were so helpfull and supportive throughout and secured a great deal with a Spanish Bank. Outstanding!!

Es war meine erste Finanzierung auf Mallorca, habe mich sehr gut betreut gefühlt und Frau Schäfer hat sehr viel Einsatz gezeigt und ein super Ergebnis erzielt. Jederzeit wieder!

I can strongly recommend Jovana and her team at Mallorca Mortgage. Jovana is one of the most hard-working people I have come across and had the pleasure to work with. Extremely attentive and she helped us navigate the entire process from beginning to end. A real gem!

Nicky, Kim, Tracey, Marta and the whole team at Mallorca Mortgage have been fantastic to deal with. They secured me a fantastic rate with a local bank, helped to sort the bank accounts and in just a few short weeks managed to complete on a lovely property in Cala d'Or. If you're looking for an efficient and helpful team, then Mallorca Mortgage is a safe and friendly pair of hands.

Very nice and professional attitude from the first moment. I was in touch with Mr. Jovana Schaefer and she was great, helping and advising me with all the process from the beginning.
All went smooth and quite fast .
