I ordered 2 pieces. Only one is delivered. The other one there is still not there. I have to pick up in a store in the next day. Otherwise they will send my order back. That means if the second piece is not there I have to go twice in the store. Actually I don’t have time to go twice. Nobody has informed me, that my order will be delivered so late. When I ordered it was written 2-3 days. Now is already 10 days and the second pieces is still not delivered. Very disappointing.

Esperienza pessima. Già cliente in negozio fisico, faccio un ordine online (680268364) durante i saldi, importo ordine 398 euro. L’ordine arriva dopo molti giorni, in un pacco poco robusto (c’erano 3 scatole da scarpe quindi serviva un certo rinforzo che non è stato previsto) con scatole e vestiti buttati dentro senza sacchetti, senza carta velina, senza protezioni, infatti i pantaloni bianchi erano macchiati. Persino Zara prevede carta velina e buste protettive! Ma la cosa peggiore è stato che un paio di scarpe erano chiaramente USATE. Listini forzati, suole segnate, persino aloni. Reso in parte (anche lì difficile, solo UPS), oggi ricevo la pessima notizia che il reso è di 242 euro? Quindi trattenuti i 41 euro dei pantaloni, 8 euro del reso, non è stato conteggiato qualcosa? Ma perdete i pezzi? Di questi tempi è vergognoso non gestire correttamente un e-commerce, soprattutto da una marca come la vostra. Mi stupisco e lo trovo inaccettabile. Farò reclamo su PayPal. State attenti quando comprate!

Schnelle Lieferung und gute Qualität, alles bestens

Pedí un pedido de nueva temporada con 2 prendas. Soy cliente de hace muchos años. Lo mandaron por separado. Uno de ellos lo perdió el transportista (Seur) y no llegó nunca. Tuve q reclamar un montón de veces y han tardado casi un mes en resolver el problema, devolviéndome el importe en 2 cheques regalo, q encima han activado por separado y con días de diferencia, porque el segundo lo he tenido q reclamar. Y he tenido q comprar el jersey otra vez. Resumen, son ustedes los que cometen el error, pero yo soy la última prioridad. Porque ustedes no pierden nunca. Y eso q pedí q me mandaran otro jersey y q no me devolvieran nada. La verdad es q es muy decepcionante. No es nada ágil. Si para comprar, pero no para solucionar sus errores.

Me ha encantado el vestido que he comprado, estilo y calidad.

Meine Ware wurde super schnell geliefert. Ich habe die Jacke zurück geschickt, weil der Stoff leider kratzig war. Ansonsten sah die Jacke wunderschön aus und die außergewöhnliche Mode gefällt mir sehr gut.

I never normally write reviews for these kinds of things however my recent purchasing experience with Maje was particularly frustrating. I purchased a handbag after wanting one for some time (I love their designs). However, it arrived with missing hardware on the strap, you'd think that when paying hundreds of pounds for an item basic quality control and attention to detail would be followed but clearly not. It was a large silver eyelet as well so hardly easy to miss. Customer service was slow and lackluster and it took a week for my problem to be answered by which time the bag had sold out so my only option was to send it back for a refund. No nice bag for me then. The returns process is also fiddly and convoluted.

I understand that mistakes happen however the whole experience has been a disappointment. I've learnt my lesson and should have opted for a true artisan handmade bag for the same price that would have been made with actual care and attention not mass produced in china.

Ich liebe die hochwertige Qualität und das sehr besondere Design. Die Bestellung ist unkompliziert und es werden verschiedene Zahlungsoptionen angeboten. Ich bin immer wieder begeistert, wie schnell die Lieferung erfolgt. In der Regel ist die Bestellung innerhalb von 1-2 Werktagen da.

I placed an order660289860 on the Maje website. Delivery was as stated, very fast. But my big disappointment is the quality of the suit, or the fact that someone had worn it before me. When I put it on and went out into the sunlight, I saw many fabric snags and stains. But what is even more unpleasant is that there was no reaction to my email!! I am a fan of this brand, but I always buy in offline stores or on marketplaces. I am satisfied with the quality, but not this time!!!"

Mein Kleid kam tatsächlich noch mit Sicherheitsmarke an – ein Fehler von Maje, nicht von mir. Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert, weil ich das Kleid gerne behalten und einfach nur eine Lösung für die Entfernung der Sicherung möchte. Bis heute: keine Reaktion.

Bei den Preisen von Maje sollte man eigentlich erwarten können, dass zumindest der Kundenservice funktioniert. Einen Artikel unbrauchbar zu verschicken und anschließend auf Nachrichten nicht zu antworten, ist wirklich enttäuschend.
