False representation of fabric. I purchased a dress that sold itself as made of LINEN- However it turned out to be made largely of POLYESTER- This is false representation of the product online and & illegal as well. It is a pretty pattern but not made of linen at all. This should not be allowed and should be instantly corrected online or suffer the consequences. I shall be checking it out to make sure it is instantly changed to avoid scamming anyone else- Bought 06/03/2026 received 21/ 03/2026. then I am expected to pay to return it??? Do not buy from this company. Bad quality clothing, they will not accept returned items, no paperwork enclosed in the package. If you ask where they are based you do not get an answer. I suspect it is a big scam. Although one of the options provided to me when I wanted to return the item I purchased was a full refund, when I accepted this offer, their next e-mail then offered me 25%. Crooks.

I wish I’d read the other reviews before buying from this dreadful company. When the jumper finally arrived, nearly a month late, it was completely different from the picture, very poor quality and with no labels. So I wrote to customer service asking how to return it. I was instructed to make a video of the item and send pictures. After a lengthy email exchange the choice is either to accept a 35% partial refund or pay for international shipping, which will likely cost as much as the jumper. The whole thing is clearly a scam, lining someone’s pockets - certainly not lining their cheap clothing! Avoid, avoid, save your money!

I would give no stars at all if I could. Do not buy from this company. It is a complete scam - wish I had seen these reviews before I bought anything. The dress I bought looked beautiful on line but was a very poor copy in reality. Shoddily made and poor quality material - nylon and very thin. It is very difficult to get a refund - I had the same experience as others - asked to send photos and they would review it. Then offered me a 15% refund and keep dress or a 50% credit note or a full refund (which is what they advertise and I asked for)- and that only after I had sent it to an international warehouse where they would inspect the dress and come back to me. I am still awaiting this address. And you have 30 days from delivery to obtain refund - the clock is ticking with all the delaying tactics.

This is a scam. I ordered a dress which when it arrived is nothing like the picture online. I have requested a refund and am getting all sorts of excuses offering discounts to keep the item etc etc. Please don’t order from this company.

The item took weeks to arrive and bore little resemblance to the online image of the dress, it was supposed to be linen but in fact was a cheap, flimsy synthetic fabric in garish colours and very poorly made. My requests for a refund was stonewalled continually and eventually, after much toing and froing I settled for a 65% refund and gave up.

It's a complete scam the product was a cheap rubbish version, and they aren't refunding whatsoever, they keep replying just saying we can do x percent instant refund, it was 5 before and now it's 35, but I want a full refund but ive clearly been scammed so don't think that's happening.

I had some trouble choosing the right size because it was a gift, but the support team helped me very quickly and gave me great advice. Their response was fast and very friendly, which made the whole process much easier.

The order arrived on time and I’m very happy with the quality of the product. It looks exactly as expected and feels well made. Overall, a great experience and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this shop!

If I could give zero I would!.. complete scam. Bought two dresses different sizes, arrived after 2 weeks nothing like photo.. polyester, no labels, shoddily made.. after doing more research I believe company is linked to Ali express.. Cant believe I fell for it.. before buying checked refund policy which said no fuss returns .. have now been asked for videos of the dress from all angles, including attached labels, which there are non.. advised once received will review and advise next steps !!! Beware of buying anything from this company. The dress, I ordered, was made of flimsy Polyester, and not of Linen as advertised. The purchase came badly packaged with no return, or company address, shown. This seems to be a scam. There was a label sewn inside. This is a very clever scam. I am furious I have fallen for this.

BEWARE! I ordered a Men's Heritage knit cashmere sweater for my partner's birthday in the first week of February. The item wasn't posted until three and a half weeks later. The ijumper arrived on 2nd March. There was no label , no washing instructions and the sweater had been washed and had shrunk. The wool was matted. When I tried to contact customer services, who had been communicative until I complained, I received no answer. AVOID this company. It's a scam. The sweater was completely destroyed and unwearable.
