Oh dear- I was sucked in- thought I was buying dress from Netherlands -thought it might be nicer quality... {Needed a dress for a wedding)
$165 for a dress made out of cheap polyester. Colours of fabric were garish and ugly ( unlike photo). Puckered side seams and amusingly?you couldn't even fit your hand in one pocket as it's been stitched up too small.
Item was received a month after purchase ,understandable coming from overseas.
One star awarded for the fact it arrived.
Reading review's I won't even bother trying for refund. Chalk this one up to experience - stick to buying from kiwi retailers

This is more like a scam. They send inferior quality products. When trying to return the goods, they offer very small discounts and say to keep the goods. On their website and adverts it clearly states 30 day money back guarantee. Each time I contacted them, they offered a slightly higher discount. I said why would I pay 85% of an extortionate amount for a product I cannot use?
For a refund, I have to send a tracked package to Australia! At my expense.

Terrible experience, complete scam company. I was offered a partial refund as they refused to accept a return and no surprises I have not received any money back. Have reported Maison Vaison to my bank and UK Action Fraud. I hope they get shut down soon as so many others too like me have been scammed.

Qualité médiocre. Les chaussures ont mis plus d'un mois à arriver avec un suivi du colis plus que douteux. Quant à la qualité, elle est franchement mauvaise et les chaussures ne sont pas conformes à la photo. Je renvoie le produit en espérant ne pas avoir de problèmes.

Ordered LINEN dresses , got CHEAP MANMADE FIBRE dresses. Tried to return and get a refund but they have offered only 35% of the value . Other alternative is to post it to Australia to get the full refund. The dresses were sent from the UK, so why do I have to pay for postage to Australia? Not a trader any of us should be dealing with

Escroquerie et vol sur un site aux PAYS BAS, votre carte bleue débitée en POLOGNE , les vêtements envoyés de CHINE et vos retours a envoyer en AUSTRALIE ! , robe soit disant en Lin en qui finalement arrive à 95% de polyester Chinois de très mauvaise qualité , aucun recours car aucun service pour traiter la vente hors Europe , votre argent est définitivement volé et perdu .
Surtout ne commandez jamais sur ce site !!!.

I purchased a dress from this website costing me £59 on the 12th April 2026. The dress is too large so I have requested a return label for a smaller size. I have received an email offering me a 15% refund and I can keep the dress which is too large all I pay exorbitant fee fees to return the item to China! I should have done my homework because the Chinese seem to be overtaking every market/sales sites in the UK. Frankly I am disgusted at this treatment but I do not know who I can report this matter to apart from consumers advice. Any ideas?

I wrote a review previously on 30/3 regarding this company. I did as I said and contacted my card issuer who were really helpful. I completed the dispute form and was told it could take6 weeks but a full refund was back a week later. Even so the whole experience was hard work and I stand by what I said … don’t buy from them and always check reviews if it’s a company you don’t know.

Lengthy wait for item to arrive (3 weeks).
Item NOT cashmere as described online.
It’s probably not even natural wool.
Requested size was Large. I’d say it’s Medium at best.
No clothing labels attached.
Dreadful product, appalling customer service (actually non existent, as far as I can tell) and an overpriced scam.

Ordered the so called luxury midi dress. Sizing wrong and overall bad quality. I just read all the other customer reviews, and I can kick myself that I did not check the reviews beforehand. I am in the process of arranging a refund but after I have read the reviews of the other people, I might not even bother with the postage expenses on top of it. Looks like a total scam from Asia. I should have known better. PLEASE, do not order from them. Tried to call the UK number provided on their website and it is not registered. Massive red flag.

Bad qualty nothing like item advertised or ordered

I wanted to exchange the coat I purchased due to wrong size. They offered to keep the one I got and get the new size with the shipping cost of £29. The coat was purchased for £59.95.
I insisted for return and full refund, as will not use the wrong size. And they gave me an address in AUSTRALIA while on their website the address they say they are based is in Netherlands.

Doesn’t sound like a very legit company.
Or very convenient if the size doesn’t fit you or the garment someone suit you.

If there was a minus star I would use it - do not touch with a barge pole - complete fraudulent scam - the absolute worst 🤬

I bought a dress that was advertised as made of LINEN. It turned out to be polyester and spandex! I have tried to return it since the day I received it, as per the information on their website, but it appears that the address in the Netherlands is fake, and they have e actually admitted in an email that there is NO RETURN ADDRESS available- and are offering a max of 50% refund!!!! They break the law and expect me to foot the bill! I have reported them to the government Consumer Rights Agency and hopefully their website will be closed down and they will not be allowed to
trade in the UK- They are scammers DO NOT BUY
FROM THEM! They are from some other country not Europe as they keep saying it will cost a fortune to send back... to where?

I wouldn't even give them one star I've tried for 3 days to get a return address to return a pair of poor quality shoes that are not fit to be worn bucky doesn't work quality is terrible, I've sent 8 email still waiting on a reply I've now contacted my credit card company and they are raising a desperate on my behalf please don't buy anything from this company

Scam Chinese company. About two years ago I bought a dress exactly the same online as is adverised by this scam company from China. In the end I wrote to the Chinese Embassy to complain and Trading Standards. This is not a French fashion company as it tries to present itself. The dress is made of appalling material and looks cheap and disgusting and nothing like to picture which states its original price was £2239! They are having laugh. Controls need to be implemented on these particular Chinese companies. So many Cinese goods can be good so it brings shame upon the nation that these companies exist and are allowed to get away with their thieving and lies.

I already wrote a review here to warn people about this dreadful crowd and their awful clothes and the blocks to returning and receiving a full refund but when I read other people’s comments here I decided to go through my bank. Uploaded photos of everything and revolut resolved it in 24 hours. Full refund and I did not have to pay the exorbitant cost of returning the horrible dress. So pleased. So do the same.

This company cannot possibly improve.They are a complete and utter dreadful scam and really should not be allowed to trade.
I think they use AI to send messages as their emails are in perfect, grammatical English and sound professional. This is what fools people.
It would be wonderful if these appalling scammers were brought to justice and prevented from trading.

DREADFUL AND MISLEADING. Oh, how I wish that I had read the reviews about this company before purchasing a very misleading, misrepresented dress. Advertised as 'luxury' and reduced by over 50%, I fell foul of this company. The dress, when it eventually arrived, was cheap, nylon-like fabric badly finished with threads hanging from most seams. It arrived scrunched up in a small plastic bag and not a label in sight. It didn't fit and only loosely resembled the advertised dress I had ordered. I emailed as per the returns instructions to say I was not happy and would be returning the dress for a full refund. The website said full refund if not happy and no questions asked. There then followed any number of emails back and forth where their support team wanted photos of the dress and packaging, tried to offer me a 15% refund, then a 35% refund and then an exchange followed by a 75% store credit note. No offer of a full refund or a returns address given. Their refund policy is a joke. Their goods are not fit for purpose and their returns policy is not honoured. I only got my money back after opening up a dispute through my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
