I did get an address to return the items I purchased, however they have not honoured their promise to refund me once the received the goods back.

The one star rating is not bad enough - it should be a negative number. This is a scam as many others have said. I cancelled the order 10mins after an impulse buy as I read the reviews after purchase. I immediately cancelled the order as their policy said within 2 hours was possible. They sent the piece of tat anyway, offered me higher and higher refunds each time I complained eventually saying 60% and keep the dress. The return was to Australia tracked and they would not pay it. I have raised a bank dispute but am not holding breath. Absolutely disgusting. Do not buy and if Haus der Kleidung is the same company we should all repeat our complaints there too!

Don’t be fooled by their promise of a refund ! I bought a dress which appeared to be coming from Europe but after I ordered and paid, it was advertised for literally half of the price I paid. It eventually arrived but didn’t fit and guess what “ we’ll refund you 10% and you can keep it”. I insisted on returning it for a full refund and eventually got their address in Australia! It was tracked and returned but they now completely ignore my communications. I paid £70 for the dress PLUS £21 to return it- on principle. These people are clearly unscrupulous scammers! Perhaps I should know better by now but read this and be warned so you don’t make my mistake..

Do NOT buy from this company.
Their products are trash..nothing like the picture or description..cheap Chinese rubbish..
Im still awaiting a refund which they are refusing to give me the full amount

The 100.00 piece of clothing was a piece of polyester cloth worth less than 5.00. It looks nothing like the photos on website. A true rip off in every sense! Now I’m told only 25 percent refund when website claims full refund. Do not buy anything from this website!

This company is based in China. The quality of the product is poor. It will not provide returns info instead offering discounts. The company has now rebranded itself Haus Der Kleidung. Avoid at all costs.

Arnaque! Pas de remboursement!! Très mauvaise qualité pour des prix exorbitants! Tissus comparables à un déguisement , Made in China avec des coutures très mal faites. J'ai renvoyé le colis ( en Australie!) mais je n'ai jamais reçu de remboursement!! Comment faire? C'est une vraie arnaque!

Can’t speak badly enough of this cheating company . I wouldn’t give them any stars actually . Their ‘guarantee full refund’ is a total joke.
They do everything to block you sending poor quality, not at all as described, goods back . They try and persuade you to accept a discount and you can keep the goods! It goes on and on and on with platitudes and apologies and eventually they said i could return the item and gave me address in Australia!! As the return cost is born by the customer I thought I would cut my losses and accept a 50% refund. Guess what - that was a month ago and I have not seen a penny! Now they do not even reply to my emails ..!

I was misled by the beautiful clothes on this website. The dress that finally arrived was expensive but looked like a cheap sack with elastic stitched round the waistline. I managed to squeeze a bit more refund than they suggested, with difficulty. In the end, this piece of tat cost me £30. If I wanted to return it I would have to pay £30 for the shipping costs. I'm not sure I can even give it to the charity shop it's so vile. DON'T be fooled!

Ne jamais commander sur ce site ! J'ai commandé une robe ,site internet basé soi disant à Amsterdam. Ils promettent remboursement à 100% si on est déçue ce qui m'a rassurée malgré des photos plutôt figées qui faisaient penser à des photos IA. Robe reçue de qualité médiocre ,polyester de base sans étiquette , avec coutures de débutants... Je demande un retour et là....ils me disent qu'en ce moment leur entrepôt au Royaume Uni ne peut pas recevoir de colis de retour. Ils me proposent de le rembourser 15% de la robe et de la garder. Je ne veux pas la garder tellement elle n'est pas mettable. A force de leur écrire des mails et mise en demeure ,ils augmentent leur remboursement mais ne me proposent tjrs pas de retourner la robe ,ce qui est ma demande en étant remboursée ...évidemment la robe vient direct de Chine! Bref j'ai réussi à obtenir un accord de remboursement de 60% et ...l'argent n'est jamais arrivé. Ils m'ont fait un mails comme quoi le virement était bien parti en ma faveur...Je n'ai jamais vu de crédit sur mon compte. Ce sont des personnes malhonnêtes derriere cette entreprise . A fuir à tout prix!!

Do not buy from this company!! They wouldn’t give me a returns address and offered me 15% refund absolutely disgusting or 50% off to spend on other items, no thankyou!! They advertise full refund within 30 days, load of rubbish!! The dress are cheaply made and just awful not what is advertised on there website, based in china not the Netherlands, don’t give them any orders or money.. con artist & complete scam, contacted my bank and received a refund, this company should be shut down!!

Do not buy, been conned into a dress that was described in such a beautiful way on website..Cheap tat, all the way from China, they give the return address which is in Australia *which you have to pay for)Polyester & spandex is what you get....
An absolute disgrace!!!!

I have tried to return these shoddy items. First offered 25% off to keep product. I pressed for a return address and finally got one, not in China but Australia! Determined to get a full refund I have posted a tracked package (cost around £26) and now I await the promised refund. I think it may be some time.

Hi I ordered a dress which did not fit I asked for a return/refund and was told that would be difficult and they would offer a 75% discount on a second item and I could keep the dress. Then they offered a 35% refund to save me the trouble of postage. I just want refund because that is what it says on the website clearly. Otherwise I would not have ordered the item. Disappointing

Would not give this rubbish site any stars at all.The merchandise is tatty and of very poor quality.
My husband ordered 2 polo shirts which looked really good on the website. When they eventually arrived we were appalled and disgusted that any firm would be allowed to trade selling substandard goods like these.
When my husband opened the bags he put them straight back in the bag and we will be donating them to a charity shop who with a bit of luck and a fair wind might get 50p each for them.
Buyers beware give them a very wide berth!!!

I ordered a dress believing their 30 day return money back guarantee is worth something.

The dress does not have a stretchy waist as advertised. The sizing is also small comparative to the norm.

They refuse to send me an address to return the item to, and have send me 3 different options as far as refunding me is concerned. 15%, 35% or now 75%. I want a 100% refund. Nothing less.

I do not recommend anyone purchasing from this shop.

Added to this the company has now changed its name to Haus der Kleiding. Their products are advertised under Clevoire, Vellouran, Monvaline, Maison Moda, Londonrd Oliva Mode, Stridr Edge, Emilia Lane, Varsovia Moda, Thomvale, La Casa Della Fibra, Cherish and Co, Mystiqe Fashion and several other names.

I had had a dreadful time trying to get a refund for shoddy merchandise bearing no resemblance to the garment seen on line and would strongly advise all shoppers to beware . I have contacted Google and expressed my dissatisfaction as I came across the site on the search engine
Still trying to get a full refund but I am persisting .

Whatever you do DO NOT buy from this company. I purchased 3 dresses which when they eventually arrived they were poor quality and toi big for me.
When I tried to return them asleep their returns policy I was told the warehouse was closed. Instead the company offered me 25% refund and I could keep the dresses. I refused the refund kept going up every time, each time I said I wanted to return the dresses and receive a full refund. The company kept saying the warehouse was closed for returns. Eventually I accepted a 50% refund I HAVE BEEN WAITING A MONTH FOR REFUND IT HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED. I have send several emails and every time they assured it has been processed. Last week however they said there was a problem with their bank and has reissued the refund .I STILL HAVE RECEIVED IT.
I am now contacting The Fraud Dept of my credit card company
