Do NOT buy from Maison Soleil. They’re running a total scam. Beautiful website but items received were cheap knockoffs that look nothing like pictured. You’ll find higher quality clothes at your local drugstore. Navigating their return policy now and as others have said, it’s ridiculous. Returning to China at my expense?? I fully expect that a refund will never come and I’ll have to call my credit card issuer to dispute the charges. Sharing so others may learn from my $180 mistake.

Quite simply : Do Not Have Any Dealings With Them. I agree completely with the other very negative reviews. The clothing is rubbish, the customer service is non existent and they try, by all frustrating means, to keep your money. How are they allowed to continue to operate? There has to be some law to make them cease to trade. Any ideas? I cannot emphasize strongly enough : DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS SHAMEFUL ENTERPRISE

Dress looked beautiful on line but very cheap and badly made on arrival. Eventually I was offered 35% refund and I could keep the dress. I insisted I return it for a full refund but told lots of lies why I couldn’t. I am glad in the end I didn’t spend loads more returning the horrible dress as I have never received the refund. They have stolen my money basically.

I bought a dress described as Linen. It was 100% polyester and had an elasticated waist which wasn’t featured on the picture.
Unable to find a return address I sent it back to the office in Delft. In the meantime I had a frustrating correspondence with Jessica from the Support Team offering me 35% refund as their UK depot was out of action. We went round in circles and Jessica, I soon realised, must be a Bot.
Although I’m £50 out of pocket I eventually took the 35% and the parcel was soon returned to me unopened.
Do not shop with this company. In my case the product was not as described or as shown and it went straight to a clothing recycling bin.

This company is a scam site. No question. I ordered two luxury linen polos discounted from £120 to £60.. and I received a polyester rag from china that would not be worth more than 50 pence, which I would not even donate to a homeless shelter. Stuffed in a plastic bag all crinkled up. They tried to negotiate a discount.. then eventually sent me a full refund link after I pointed to the consumer protection act.. the link they sent to submit for a refund looked like a scam link. Despicable human beings .. their business model is basically a scam site. Avoid!

Despite forking out £35 to return the dress which was cleap material, very poorly made - and despite my having send a half dozen emails to the company once the goods had been received, I have still received no response. I have now given them notice that I will report them to the Fraud Office and the Police.

Scam company.The poorest quality. Most styles are similar. Asking for a refund is treated as a joke, asking for pictures and delaying any response. The items took ages to arrive. Instead of a refund ,they're asking me to choose 2 new items, keep the old and pay £48 for shipping. I'm £134 out of pocket right now. Avoid at all cost

I placed an order for dress with Maison Vaison with Netherlands address. The item I eventually received from China bore no resemblance to the website It was a rag made of the cheapest of material. The.website said they would refund me my money if not suitable. I returned the item to the only address on website but I was told it was no longer in operation that I needed to return to Australia . I have yet to receive a cent back from them. Maison Vaison are frauds.

Please DO NOT buy from this company, a total scam! Dress arrived, looked like a cheap copy of what was advertised. Really difficult getting an address to return dress to, seemed like they didn’t want the dress back. Got offered partial refunds and keep the dress. Eventually got a return address in Australia. Dress was sent tracked, dress has been received and surprise, surprise I still haven’t received a refund. Company are not answering my emails.

I bought a dress that looked beautiful in the picture but when it came it was cheap market rubbish!
Wrong size as well!
I also believed it was a Dutch company but had to send it back to Australia for a whopping £22:50???
Had a couple of emails from them but nothing since!
They should be taken to court!

Received clothing that didn't match the advertised material and quality, requested to return and after 10 emails received their authorization to return the merchandise. The mailing address provided was in Australia and it cost me $80 to ship $140 worth of clothing. I still decided to return them but no refund after three weeks of the package being delivered. Their support team stopped responding to my emails after receiving the dresses. Today I received the package unopened with a note saying that the address was the wrong facility for the dresses. Avoid this merchant at all costs.

I wouldnt rate it, its a con, the clothes are not what
you see on the website, they are a cheap copies, arrived
screwed up in a tatty bag, Refunds another con, you have to accept what they say. this site should be taken down. Its an absolute fraud, and taking money by false pretences.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
The dress I ordered was embroidered and beautiful. The dress that arrived was printed cheap crap. Absolutely nothing like what was advertised. Their refund policy says 30 days. They came back and offered me several percentages, 25 percent being the last. They finally gave me an address and said I have to pay tracking. A few days later I got a call from the address that I was given. It was a fake address so now I am out of pocket $117 for the dress and $14 for postage. I will say I kept all correspondence and put a dispute in at my bank and I got my $117 back.

The dress was not the material advertised and after multiple emails were sent to register for a refund they never replied. Their number is not correct either. Avoid this company.

Bought 2 dresses from Maison Vaison 23 April - the website no longer exists & search directed to Haus Der Kleidung which appears to be the parent company. Goods not delivered - numerous e mail exchanges with Customer Services - hopeless. Goods arrived 12 May, 20 days after ordering. Advertised as 100% linen - in reality dreadful polyester & spandex. Mis-Sold goods. Trying for a return & refund. Their warehouse is in Australia so I expect problems.

Do not make a purchase.Item was cheap material and not as describedI accept that I had to pay postage for return ,however I was advised to post to Adaleide when the company address was Netherlands.At a cost of 23 pounds I challenged this as it was not stated on the website.The most I was offered was 35% of the original cost ,which was £70 and kept the item.Thst might be a good deal if the item was any good. After lots of emails and having found similar reviews to mine I have requested 35% refund ,at least it's something ,I have heard nothing in 2 weeks .Don't really know what else to do.

Worst experience ever, this is a scam website and item purchased was a rag and could never be worn. Eventually got 33% refund and had to put the item in the bin. Return policy is dreadful, supposed to be from Holland but I was asked to return to Australia which would have cost me the price of dress i had originally paid but wasn't worth €5 never mind the money I paid.

This is a terrible company. I wouldn't even give it one star. The dress I bought was poor quality. I returned it wanting a refund, after a number of e mails trying to get me not to return it. My postage was £22. The address that they gave me did not exist and the package was returned to me. I have not received any reply to my emails now, or a refund or compensation for the postage cost. I would advise anyone NOT to use Maisonvaison.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The goods are cheap and nasty and look completely different to the website. You cannot get a refund. They offered me partial refunds whilst keeping the item which was very odd. After many emails they eventually gave me a return address in Australia despite the company address looking like it's in the Netherlands on the website. It cost me £22 to return it only for Royal Mail to send it back to me 2 weeks later saying that the address doesn't exist. Then they ghosted me when I sent subsequent emails. Absolute con artists. Steer well clear.
