Perfect customer service, was confused over delivery as I ordered two separate orders but emailed them and they put my mind at ease straight away with fast replies too! Product came nice and fresh and was a lovely surprise for the people I ordered for! Highly recommended !

Mail Bakes my first time using them
Mail Bakes my first time using them. Wanted a cake and card . Found many cake deliveries, but was missing the special card element. The create your card made the card special..and with the QR code to send a voice note and video..was such a touch. I got my editing skills for this. My friend was in hysterics watching her special curated video by yours truly. And also with a voice note too.
I actually sent the wrong pic, and they quickly located my order and changed it and still sent it the same day.
Lucy was amazing.
