We owned a house in the Canaries, which we sold well, the next stage was to get the sale proceeds back to the UK without loss in transfer fees from the Spanish banks, they charge a small fortune! Our Lawyer and Estate agent both recommended Magna Financial who arranged the transfer without any costs. What they do is transfer the money inside the Eurozone away from Spain and into Barclays International in Dublin, no cost, although the Spanish bank did try to charge for it! Once in Barclays, Magna source the best deal for transferring the money into the UK, in our case Bank of America offered the best rate. The whole transfer procedure took 72 hours with no costs. In this day and age we are all weary of scams, it is good to know that professionals recommend other professionals and in our case Magna. The company is totally trustworthy, honest and efficient, they kept very good communication and reassurance all the time, we could ask many questions which we did! We would highly recommend Magna for this service and it is worth checking the other services they offer. Highly recommended in the careful control and security of a lot of money!

We used Magna Financial for our villa purchase in Spain on recommendation from our solicitor. I was nervous at first, having never heard of them, but they were listed as stated on their website and a trial transaction proceede without hitch. The service received from David was first class, responding promptly via whaatsup to my incessant challenges on exchange rates and asking fir his crystal ball. On rates, a spot check showed them to be better than others, hence why we went with them. In short the service was personal, courteous and informed. It was not pushy, which I did find with their competitors. Also useful was their financial report, which, whislt full of forex speak, did provide background insight into the currency markets and its influencing factors. Highly recommended.

We used magna financial to convert euros into pounds sterling after the sale of our Spanish holiday home.
