Excellent good wheel, I didn’t realise that there are adapters sent with wheel to make it qr mt fault but mad speed was excellent at explaining it to me

I was unsure of what set up I needed, one phone call later.. sorted. The next day .. up and running within minutes of opening my well wrapped parcel! Really pleased with the quality and service. 5*+!

Definitely a 100% 5 star review for the MadSpeed7 guys. I made two dumb mistakes with my order and the team picked up on them and contacted me. The wheels were half the price of my previous set, lighter and seem just as strong on my 27.5 full susser. Plus shipping was super fast

I had already purchased the corresponding rear wheel with 7 speed freewheel, and this seemed very good. Before fitting it I decided to also order the front wheel. Immediately after placing the order, I realised that whereas the rear wheel had silver spokes and hub, I'd ordered the front wheel with black spokes and hub. Called the shop top ask if it could be changed, but there were none with silver spokes in stock. The sales person was very helpful and explained the problem so I decided to stick with the black version. Delivery was very quick (about 2-3 working days) and was very well packaged. Both wheels easily fitted to the bike frame and look fantastic (hardly notices that they have different coloured spokes). Have now ridden a few hundred miles and they feel as good as they look - very smooth rolling and completely silent - all I can now hear is the tyre on the road surface. Very pleased with my purchase and looking forward to many happy miles cycling on them.

Fantastic customer service. They held my hand right through the fraught process of getting the right wheels and right block for a particular purpose and bike. I ordered the wheels with inner tubes and tyres and it’s like having a new bike for way less than I thought this would set me back. The quality is great and it’s improved the ride no end. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

I really liked the ability to choose a wheel and include a rear cassette and disc (though I didn’t need the disc) as I was looking to change the cassette anyway. I got really lazy and added the tyre so it was only a five minute job to fit the new back wheel!

I have never bought a wheelset before, but did not like the black rims that were on my Fixie Inc single speed (and the horrible sound from the axles). After shopping around, I bought a set from Madspeed7. Good price compared to others. On arrival I was please to find both rim tape and wheel nuts. Seem well made, and look great. Brief ride and they sound smooth. Happy and grateful - cheers guys!
