Bit wide
Hi
Lovely trousers but way, way too baggy. I have had to take them to a tailor to have them remodelled.
15 juli 2026
Svar från MacGregor and MacDuff
Hi Margaret,
Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear you liked the trousers, although we're sorry to learn that the fit wasn't quite right for you.
As these were made-to-order trousers, we would always encourage customers to get in touch if they have any concerns with the fit. In many cases, we're able to arrange alterations to ensure they're just right, so we're sorry we didn't have the opportunity to help before you had them altered elsewhere.
Our Orders Team will be in touch to discuss this further.
Kind Regards,
Rachel
Beautiful hand fasting ribbons arrived in days
I ordered hand-fasting ribbon in a panic a month before my wedding, thinking I needed more time for them to arrive before the wedding. I was wrong, as the ribbons were in the post a few days after ordering, and they are beautiful, just what we were after!

Wedding party group from USA
The team at MacGregor and MacDuff were very responsive and helpful in organizing 7 outfits for a wedding party arriving at different times. The staff (Edinburgh pick-up) were very attentive during the fitting process (which did require some changes from the initial measurements) and made sure that we were covered for the wedding day. The return process was also smooth. We would certainly recommend and use their services again if ever needed.
