Bought three items from their online store. The Arran mist scarf was not in a bag nor had a label, which meant it looked as it was used and not ideal for a gift, as intended. Disappointed by that. The socks and kilt till were spot on and good quality.

Ordering process was straightforward…
Ordering process was straightforward but company wanted to charge three times cost of delivery to mainland UK address even though the actual cost of postage is the same with Royal Mail. This was inconvenient.
I am disappointed with the quality of the item.
