Svar från MacGregor and MacDuff
Hi Albert,
We’re sorry that your parcel has taken so long to reach you. We’ve looked into the tracking further and the last update we have is that it was leaving the UK on 4th September. Royal Mail have advised that, due to the current situation in the Middle East, export traffic to Israel is experiencing severe delays, with some shipments also affected while in transit.
We completely understand how frustrating it is to be waiting this long, especially with no further tracking updates. We’re sorry that this delay has affected your experience. One of the team will be in touch.
Kind Regards,
Rachel
