Great service. Got advice from the live chat to ascertain which spec of Mac book I needed for my daughter. Ordered lunchtime Wednesday and was delivered 10am Friday morning. Said there was a mark on the back of the laptop but we couldn’t even see it! Daughter very happy with it and was set up and running within about 15 minutes

First of all I did a chat with macfinder online to ask a few questions about trade ins and buying, all of my questions were answered with valuable knowledge and reassurance.
The price I got for my trade ins were the best from any website, they even pay for postage and that was an easy way to send in items via the post office. So I pack my items up and sent them in, Once items were checked. It only took a week and the money was in my bank no problems.
So I then decided to buy a Mackbook pro m4 from them, I once again asked a few question about the Mackbook and everthing was explained to me in great detail ie, does it come with box,warranty,condition etc.So I went ahead and purchased the Mackbook, When it arrived I was truly pleased with the condition it was pristine not a mark on it, battery health was 100% only 40 cycles, and a twelve month warranty. So an overall great experience and would use Macfinder again without question. So I hope this helps future buyers, just ask them if you are concerned about anything, you will get honest answers.

I initially checked a number of sites and decided to go ahead with MacFinder given their absurdly high positive review count and proportion, and also much more competitive pricing. Within two days I received a box from them to package my iMac and send back to them. I had it sent to them within a day. Two working days later (allowing for the weekend), I saw payment pop up in my account, before I even had the chance to grow impatient and go online to check the tracking. They also paid exactly as quoted and didn’t try to unreasonably renegotiate, as my computer was exactly as described for the quote.

Brought two macs from MacFinder and both times have been excellent service. I brought a Mac Pro 2013 which I have set up as my retro games console and a Mac Studio for my everyday work. Both came in excellent condition and I love the fact that they come with warranty. I had searched on eBay, but for total value I know I have made the right choice! Excellent!

Great company to deal with. I called on the day my device was due to be collected realising I didn`t have the right box; the lady who answered the call was polite, friendly and very helpful. My device was collected as arranged, and I was paid exactly what I was quoted 2 days after collection. Superb!

The rapidity of getting the product to me was impressive.
What was more impressive was the incredible condition of the MAC.
IT WAS TRULLY IMMACULATE.
However, I was saddened to find some downloads were disallowed because the system had been “deep-cleaned” and some original APPS had been treated to a “Jail break” which prohibited any restoration or new download !

The service was really prompt via the live chat and generally very helpful.
However, I asked about the battery cycles on a specific model and was told the battery was 96% and 212 cycles and I excitedly purchased only to find that when it was delivered it was 86% and 212 cycles which was a little bit disappointing.

I have used them before and I will most definitely used them again if needed. Prices are good and the quality of the products is exactly as they advertise. Highly recommended

Good offer, sent me excellent packaging materials within a couple of days, seamless DPD collection, quick assessment of the MacBook Pro and payment within two days. Can’t fault them.
