The service was really prompt via the live chat and generally very helpful.
However, I asked about the battery cycles on a specific model and was told the battery was 96% and 212 cycles and I excitedly purchased only to find that when it was delivered it was 86% and 212 cycles which was a little bit disappointing.

Firstly, we're really sorry for the disappointment here. You’re absolutely right to expect that the battery health you were told matches what you receive, and we completely understand why that was frustrating, especially after making the purchase based on that information.
We hold our hands up, and as discussed, we’re bringing the Mac in to replace the battery so it meets the standard you were expecting. The sales advisor has also apologised, and we’ve reviewed how this happened to help prevent it in future.
