Pellpax Omdömen

BOUGHT a benjamin Ella, it was a return gun but arrived, thought looked great, one magazine cracked so bought spares from another gun shop along with a fill adaptor, originally told no adaptor but one was in the box. Took out to zero, got 3 shots then trigger failed, cleared the pellet, tried again, 2 more shots then packed up again. Sent back for repair, called for updates and told I would get called back but no call came. Eventually told gun would be with pellpax by the Thursday or Friday over a month after it came back from repair but still not received, decided to go with a brand new gun instead, specifically stated the delivery should be a Saturday or Sunday due to being at work and being over 7 weeks without a rifle and today notified the new rifle would be delivered on Monday the 8th July at 1030am, right when I’m in work, awesome!!!! Was originally recommended pellpax from a friend that runs the gun club I frequent but even he is dissatisfied with the service provided. Not the best way to treat customers, hopefully I will eventually get a rifle that works and be able to use it instead of club rifles.

This company definitely deserve a 5 star review. From ordering to the delivery everything was easy and quick.
So well wrapped it took a while to open but the items were even better than I hoped and would certainly recommend them.

I received my air rifle from Pellpax this morning. My order was placed online & I have to say, it was excellent. From placing my order to its receipt from James the service was brilliant. Your tracking & notifications are excellent as is the Remington pest controller air rifle.
My only misgiving is the manual which consists of one page with warnings on, but nothing whatsoever about the rifle? If this is all you are meant to get, it is very strange to say the least.

Excellent service at a very competitive price. A faulty gun bag was quickly replaced with no quibbling . Very polite and professional staff.

Just picked up my Gamo HPAMI gas ram combo. Thanks to the very helpful and knowledgeable staff
The experience was very easy.

Prompt service and reasonable delivery price.....delivered exactly as promised and very professional and polite driver.

Great items and Delivered as said.Happy with the service.

A first class company, the best I have ever dealt with. They were accommodating, polite and patient. With truly exceptional customer service, the staff were well trained. Pellpax has a wide range of products at very competitive prices. Delivery was well organised, friendly and professional. Thankyou.

This is one of the most professional and best companies I've dealt with. 1st class customer service always.

First time customer, usually use Just Air Guns but these prices seemed more competitive, however bought over £700 worth and there was an expensive item missing. Can’t get through to them. How do you miss a big item ?? Can’t recommend ☹️

I've dealt with this company before and wasn't disappointed then nor was I this time! Good communication and speedy delivery, top notch service!

Excellent service.5 🌟
Fantastic value and quality thanks 😊

i don’t usually make the effort to respond to dealing with a company, this time i simply have to.I started during the pandemic as retirement has suddenly rushed up, so being a novice i asked a lot of questions (i recon that it was the shortest straw that served me). I found the guys to be friendly, helpful, polite and knowledgeable, what more could you ask for ?

Orderd a p900 air pistol was imprest with the quality for the price.
Great for a bit of novice target practice. Delivery was great updated every step of the way from the order to arrival.
Have no problem giving this company pellpax 5 stars really happy.

The company kept in full contact throughout the purchasing/delivery process, which gave me a good sense of security. The delivery time was kept to exactly, and notification was made throughout the whole delivery process. The process of face-to-face delivery for airguns was more convenient and more economical than the usual process of sending to a registered FAC dealer, which other companies do. All-in-all a great company to use if you have to purchase your desired airguns online.

Great company, quick delivery, and brilliant communication very happy will use again

Absolutely fantastic service from ordering to delivery very helpfull and a great air rifle thanks
