What can I say apart from I’m well over the moon with Pellpax, they really go above and beyond to make you feel your in the right place and no hard sales, from start to finish it went as smoothly as can be,highly recommended that you have a look and see what they have and if you have any questions they will answer you as best as possible,as I said no hard sales just great team they have,I’m definitely going to be buying from Pellpax again, some cracking sales all the time, for me that’s not a good things as I’ve got a slight addiction to all things-outdoors,top marks and big thank you to all and especially Billy who Imet at the NEC Gun show 🤣🤣 top lad

Another purchase made easy by Pellpax, the home delivery was on time and saved me a lot of hassle with RFD transfer 👍👍 keep up the good work

First time purchase absolutely great communication fantastic service. What else could a customer want.

Whilst communication was good between Pellpax and myself and the delivery of my BSA Defiant was delivered on time, I was disappointed when i checked the pressure and found it was at zero, after being assured that it would be charged to 150 bars. I am now in the process of monitoring the pressure, which appears to be reducing on a daily basis, by 50 - 100 bars. I feel that this has marred what was otherwise a good experience.

Bought a rifle with the scope advertised extra 50 quid received rifle to find it doesn’t fit explained and told by peles that it isn’t for that rifle you need to buy aftermarket parts quite unhappy at this stage so had to swap rifle in wich I spoke to Tim and asked if I would like sight zeroed in for 9.99 yes pls as it is my first received rifle to find not zeroed in and peles couldn’t be bothered and so took it off the order now I have to pay someone else to do it with a rifle I never really wanted stay clear they will not help you

How often do things in life go exactly the way you want them to?, not often right, well, with pellpax home delivery service that's exactly what you get, PERFECTION. From ordering online,to in transit information, culminating in expert delivery and polite professional drivers. Superbly packaged with great care and unbeatable on prices. I myself am very dubious about ordering online but this is the second time I have been lucky enough to deal with a very professional and honest company and would highly recommend that anyone out there looking to purchase anything to do with the airgun world, look no further than pellpax online, trust me, you won't regret it. As I said before From ordering to delivery, absoloute perfection. Thank you to all the staff, ill be getting a lot more. Take care, Jeff (a very satisfied customer)*****.

great yet again, this is the second air rifle i have bought using pellpax cannot fault the service delivery and price.really happy with my new bsa defiant .22.

I ordered a new air rifle last Friday, it arrived after a few days and I collected it today. The service is always excellent with plenty of experience and knowledge regarding the products. A friendly and professional atmosphere and I would recommend them to anyone interested in anything airgun related.

Excellent service from start to finish, recent purchase went very smoothly delivered on time good Crosman product, had minor issue with an accessory but that was sorted instantly with no fuss, highly recommended by me will use again without hesitation.

Customer service is great, they are quick to answer all/any queries you have and delivery is swift.
You can 100% rely on Pellpax.

Always a superb Company to do business with.

I've now bought several riffles from pellpax, never had any issues with them, good prices and service, this latest gun I bought click and collect it was already and waiting for me.

Customer service great with Pellpax from start to finish
Kept me informed and updated me regularly of my order via email and txt message, and I was able to track my order, and Jason the delivery driver phoned to tell me what time he'd be here on day of delivery, a first class service, would highly recommend Pellpax.

From purchase to after sales service its been a really good experience. Knowledgeable staff on the phone and by email, and with a convenient in-house courier service too. You get great comms once ordered reference delivery progress, an email and text on the day and a phone call a short while before they deliver. You can track the driver as well and so you know what's happening.

Polite staff and when I had an issue with the gun they came to collect it, to deal with the problem and it was personally delivered back to me a few days later.

When you order they give you an idea as to when its likely to be delivered.

Website is very good and the courier price seems reasonable for a bespoke service. You can get things delivered to an AFD but depends where you live and convenience too.

First time using pellpax and it was beyond my expectations, the overall service is second to none, had a delay with one item out of stock but kept informed all the way through to it being delivered a week later, which is fine nothing to worry about. Looking forward to my next purchase from here in the future. Fantastic 5 star..!!

Purchased a rifle online, got a quick response but my purchase wasn’t available for weeks…the chap on the phone just offered an upgrade and took the time to explain the pro’s of the upgrade offered and was very apologetic and sincere about the whole thing, this is great British customer service at its best

I came to Pellpax to purchase a crossbow off the back of a truly dismal experience with another company.
From the moment they picked up the initial phone call to the crossbows arrival by next day delivery, the service has been impeccable. The staff handled my enquiry and many questions with friendliness and professionalism which gave me confidence in my transaction. I was kept up to date on my orders progression via email and the courier subsequently maintained the same level of updates right to the delivery at my door. The crossbow I ordered is a delight to own, but the service I have received from Pellpax is something that was utterly brilliant and will be remembered for a long time to come. I look forward to future transactions with this customer service gem of a company.

Thumbs up. Prompt delivery.

I have purchased the third CO2 pistol over the past couple of years all very good quality for back garden plinking all delivered in very good time THANK-YOU Pellpax...👍👍
