A friend of mine pointed me toward Pellpax as a source to purchase a CO2 powered air pistol. I specifically wanted a replica copy of the German Walther Luger.
I found the web site easily and was pleasantly surprised by the large number of products available and spent a lot of time 'window shopping'. I looked at the version made by Umarex and ordered. The process was easy and the requirements for age verification and proof of identity were clear. The pistol arrived as per order. I had taken advantage of the 'Pistol Kit Upgrade' and have to say I am very pleased with both the quality of the pistol and also the service provided by pellpax. I have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and shall be ordering additional products from them.

This company is what others should aspire to be like. Although timelines can be a little slow due to the nature of the delivery system (private couriers vs national as they are handling 'dangerous goods' etc) Their customer service is exceptional.

I bought a cheap pistol which unfortunately malfunctioned on first use, I called them up and they offered me a replacement immediately. The same model wasn't in stock but they allowed me a slightly better product (and more expensive) instead.

I just recieved the new item and swapped for the faulty one and I'm very impressed and thought they deserved the praise.

Outstanding Service and Quality Products from Pellpax.co.uk

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Pellpax.co.uk, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best online shopping experiences I’ve had, particularly when it comes to outdoor and shooting equipment. From the moment I accessed their website, I was impressed with the intuitive layout, the wide product selection, and the detailed descriptions that made choosing the right item incredibly easy.

Pellpax is clearly a company that takes pride in its range of products and customer satisfaction. I was looking for a high-quality air rifle and found the Umarex 850 M2 Empire Kit on their site. The detailed specifications, honest reviews, and bundled accessories gave me full confidence in my purchase. Upon arrival, the product exceeded expectations—superbly packaged, absolutely pristine, and clearly of exceptional build quality. Every component of the kit, from the scope to the CO2 capsules, was genuine and reliable.

What really sets Pellpax apart is their home delivery service. Unlike many retailers, they offer hand-delivery across the UK every weekend, which is an incredibly rare and valuable service for those purchasing restricted items. The delivery driver was punctual, friendly, and walked me through the essentials of safe usage and maintenance—something that really demonstrates Pellpax’s commitment to responsible retailing and customer care.

I also purchased accessories, including targets, cleaning kits, and a secure rifle case—all of which arrived together and were equally high in quality. Their pricing is competitive, especially considering the level of service and support included in the experience.

Customer service is responsive, knowledgeable, and clearly staffed by enthusiasts who know their products inside and out. Any questions I had—both pre- and post-sale—were answered promptly and helpfully.

In short, Pellpax is a benchmark for excellence in their field. Whether you’re a seasoned shooter or a first-time buyer, you can trust them to deliver both quality and peace of mind. I’ll certainly be returning for future purchases, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pellpax.co.uk to anyone.

I’ve had mixed experiences ordering from Pellpax. While the service is generally decent and delivery is accurate, stock availability can be an issue, with items sometimes listed but unavailable. Their offerings are varied, and some staff members, like Emily, are helpful. Overall, a reliable company but with room for improvement in inventory management.

Worst company on the planet DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they sell faulty items then send threatening messages and harass you when you want a refund!!! Disgusting customer service dont waste your time!

Have had nothing but praise for the Pellpax brand and will continue to order and can only expect the same measure of professionalism that this brand already gives. Looking forward to the repeat business either you.
Thank you

Very helpfull when contacted, delivery was very cheep compered to other sites and very quick. wide range of products at resonable prices. the website was very easy to navigate, though somtimes a bit lacking in the discriptions.

I am pretty new to air-rifle shooting and i bought my first rifle from you about 12 month ago. I enjoy it so much that i intend to spend more time on the range and upgrade my rifle for a more elite rifle.

Pellpax have become my regular supplier of air rifles, they provide a great service, always turn up within the designated delivery time and are very friendly.

I will continue to use them for for most of my purchases, and their second hand offers are second to none! Keep up the good work guys.
