Always a great ease of ordering for airguns & associated products. The home delivery of rifles & pistols is second to none, with care & efficiency. Retuning happy customer.

Very honest and helpful, pointed me in the right direction for a suitable air rifle, sadly I wasn't able to get finance for it so was unable to complete the transaction hopefully when I have the funds available I will be returning and making a purchase.

I emailed Pallpax about a gun I was looking at online and the response was very quick and answered all the questions I asked great service

Excellent customer service great offers fantastic delivery people

This was my second purchase from Pellpax, the first being just accessories so normal postage. This time it was an Airgun so had to be a “face to face” purchase which involves a Pellpax employee delivering to one’s doorstep (at a very reasonable and competitive cost of £20). Marvellous service from initial purchase via excellent website to personal delivery from their lovely and professional employee Tim. 10/10 for this company I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Recently purchased the Umarex 850 M. Amazing service again.

I'd like to thank PELLPAX for there Amazing Customer Service and Support. I'm able to continue my Hobby at a Competitive level due to this Great Company. Nothing is to Little or Large for them with questions on the phone or email. Thank you Pellpax 🎯

As a complete beginner to types of air rifles, scopes, ammunition & accessories I found the dedicated advice phone line and Pellpax phone operator very helpful.
Using their safe and simple procedure for payment over the phone was easy and the excellent delivery service meant I didn’t have to travel to purchase my air gun and equipment. Using the helpful and explanatory website I was able to purchase my rifle and the 12 month warranty was an added bonus. If thinking about buying an air gun I can only suggest using Pellpax as my experience with them has been excellent in all respects. Do yourself a favour, view their website, sign up to their mailing list & receive exclusive offers on their products. Buying my air rifle, scope and accessories has been a happy experience and I will be buying my next air gun from them too.

Brighton East Sussex. Delivery driver came to house on Saturday morning couple of minutes before 08:00. Made no attempt to knock door and deliver parcel.
