I ordered a curta set, clothes are really hit and miss. Some of the tops fit well, and some are just a little tight.
Th trousers are the worst, always too tight I can't even get one pair past my knees.

I ordered some jewellery and I came after long time but two of the items are damaged , I sent so many messages and photos to show them but nobody bothered to reply . They take the money for goods immediately but if anything is damaged no reply . Bad bad service and poor quality products for the money paid . I gave one star because ther. Wasn’t a zero for them . Never order from them again

Damaged goods received and Mirraw refusing to refund or replace the item. They said they have no refund policy. Customer service non-existent. This company is 100% a scam.

I wouldn't give a star if I had a choice never received my items I placed my order in November I've tried emailing no answer. Explained of their using dpd company then no ones getting their parcels my parcel has been returned yet no refund ?

I purchased 2 items from these guys. 1 was ok. Other was wrong size (their error - not mine). I paid for return postage (as per their instructions) and they refused to accept it on their side (apparently due to customs charges which was never mentioned to me. Incidentally the price of the item would not attract a customs charge as the value was not substantial - I have a feeling it was a 'excuse'). Parcel is on its way back to Australia. Communicating with company was very frustrating. They are evasive and kept sending me a generic - non informative response. Terrible company. Would not recommend them to anyone! They happy to take your money and claim that returns are simple and straight forward but they will not refund you in the event that one is needed. Will never buy from them again.

Extremely unprofessional and the biggest scammers...
They promised delivery by 20th October. The order never arrived nor did any response from the company.
Thank god, it was a COD order, didn't end up losing money atleast..
SCAM ALERT EVERYONE!!!!

This company is a scam - my purchase never arrived and customer service has been appalling and is not replying. It took a month to ship in the first place and it only shipped after I asked about the delay. Then it was allegedly delivered in Germany, even though I live in a different country. My local DPD said that the shipping number I was provided with had been returned to sender. Mirraw have not replied to my attempts to ask for a refund. Straight up scam.

Recently brought the white embroidered net salwar. Firstly, had I listened to the reviews I wouldn't have even given this company a chance, however I had little options for a wedding outfit and limited time. This company has exceeded my expectations and I am beyond happy. My order took 10 days to arrive to the UK giving me a weeks relief before the event. The outfit itself is beautiful and looks just like the photo. I'm not doubting others experience but I felt the need to write this as credit given where its due. I can't wait to wear now. :)

Aweful company. What they produce and what they sell on their website are two different things and they don’t seem to acknowledge it. Better to buy from a local UK shop then wait and be disappointed from this company . Bought an outfit for a wedding. Complete disaster. Avoid avoid avoid

No stars not even one!

Useless company, they failed to assist me when my order was not received.
They told me to collect at local drop off point!
When I went to collect , the drop off point store told me "we don't have it! We have not even scanned it onto our system!"

So I went back to Mirraw to let them know. Asking them where is my order?

They simply ignored me and to date I have no reply back

The delivery date of my placed and paid for order is over 2 weeks overdue!

Useless company. Better to shop as local high street boutiques and stores.

I purchased 4 items from this company a few months back. I have sent several emails to them, told them blatantly how crap their company is, how unprofessional there incompetent staff are, how cheap & tacky there products were & the fact that the pictures they show on their website are different to the trash they send to us customers. I sent the items back & sent them an email with proof of my postage & I sent pictures of package. I had sent several emails in between & I was told by email my parcel has been received. Since then none of them have bothered to refund me!!! Jokers that’s what you are!!! Disgusting & your company is not at all worth spending money at unless people like to buy cheap crap!!’
So I want my refund ASAP!!!!!
You should be ashamed of yourselves & if a refund is due it should be paid back to the customer-ME!!

Updated review after receiving items:

The items arrived 2 weeks later than the expected date of delivery mentioned on the website at the time of ordering. As a result, I had to wait for a month in total for the items and ended up buying something else for the function that I bought them for.

My emails were ignored, different people gave different explanations and reassurances. Awful and unprofessional customer service.

The clothes that were stitched were of poor quality—absolutely nothing like the images on their website and poor fitting. One stitched item had sleeves on the photo on the website, but it was delivered as sleeveless, despite me never agreeing to change the design and requesting the design as on their website. The ready-made items were better quality, but overpriced as they were Indian brands.

If they had mentioned the correct delivery date on their website and had better customer service, I would have given it 3 stars. But the unprofessional customer service was the worst part, as we were kept in the dark and lied to, which caused a lot of stress and confusion.

Overall, completely overpriced and an online scam, as they use false advertising practices. They use tailors and poor quality materials from India and sell the products at 10x the price abroad to make profit. This is unethical, and it is better to support UK businesses and tailors if you want to pay UK prices and want good quality products.

I am very disappointed with the customer service provided by Mirraw. I ordered 10 sarees on July 20th with expected delivery date of August 3rd for a dance performance on August 15th celebrations. I have been following up with the support team since August 4th and explaining the situation . I just received one response on August 5th of we will get it expedited and after that no update. I emailed them multiple times after that and called on the support number. The event is passed and we had to arrange something else at last minute. I get an update today from Mirraw that the items will be delivered on 24th. They are not returning or refunding the item. There is no use of 10 sarees for me now. I am very disappointed with this website and will never ever order anything from here or recommend it to anyone. Very unprofessional.

I ordered a full.dress and a punjab dress I was told that they will be Stitched.
When the arrived as semi Stitched that 8s totally useless for me and when I emailed them requesting the reason 1st no response 2nd email no response and 3 email I got so upset coz I can't wear my garments for the occasion I bought them for?
I have an email confirming that the garments will.be Stitched?
What happened?
I would like to warn buyers that the customer service is 0 you will be totally disappointed.

After receiving a message from Mirraw 10 days ago that someone will phone me, I am still waiting for a phone call from them!!
Customer support is absolutely appalling where by they constantly tell you that by the end of the day, someone will contact you and never do.
Anup Nair (founder of Mirraw) are you really proud of your company the way they treat their customers and DON'T communicate with them?
I have sent over 20 emails and made 25 calls over a pace of two weeks, and I am no where close to the situation being resolved!!
For the last time, can I please have my FULL REFUND for my order which was not as expected.
This is the second review I have had to write, since I am not having any joy, despite Mirraw employees who have also stated that the service is appalling and they would also be frustrated with the company if they were treated like this.

After reading all the bad reviews I just thought atleast it’s only £50 if it all goes wrong. But the quality of my lehenga is genuinely amazing. Love the colours and fitting. Defo worth a buy shipping takes time but they tell you this on the site. Would defs buy again. Dont be put off!

The items I received where nothing like the pictures shown, the quality was abysmal. I returned the items the next day and my tracking service shows they have received my return on the 30th of June, yet they have completely avoided communicating with me. No replies to my emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I received all the items unstitched, even the return option is disabled because in their updates item is still in warehouse.Several times contacted them, but no proper reply.Without stitching the material does not worth 1/3 of what i paid and now need to pay local tailor to get it stitched.. Their low stitching charge is a trap. Totally wasted my money.

DON'T BE FOULED BY THIS COMPANY. I placed an order for 2 Outfits for my cousins wedding for my mum and sister, the order was placed roughly in mid May and I received them in June. Both sizes are wrong as well as the stitching. I had spoken to someone, Manoj, he said to email them the measurements of each blouses with pictures. Contacting them is extremely difficult, as they may occasionally answer but instantly hang up. Currently am trying to keep calm, but their stupidly keep pissing me off. Don't think I'll hear from them anytime soon.
