Bought plus size grey floral printed silk blend straight suit set with dupatta. Ordered on 21 feb 2026 and delivered on 27 feb 2026. The material extremely light transperant like tissue with one wear the bottom got tore. Please don't buy this will wasting money. Its looks very beautiful but u can't even wear one time use and throw

I am extremely disappointed. I received parcel with 5 outfits. I was happy unpacking first three as they were very beautiful and fit was right. But the fourth outfit stank so much of body odour. 5th was extremely big even though they were all the same size.
I asked them to rectify the outfit that has clearly been worn by someone else. They tell me as it’s international shipping they do not have refund/exchange policy. If they have such a policy they should make sure what they send out to their customers are in proper quality. I was going to recommend people to buy from Libas until this experience.
“Terrible Service: No Refund, No Response, No Accountability”
I am writing this to raise a formal complaint regarding the unresolved refund for my recent order with Libas.
I had purchased four kurta sets, and due to size issues, I processed a return request. The products were picked up successfully, and I was informed that the refund would be credited within 8 days.
However, it has now been more than 20 days, and I have still not received the refund or any update from your team. I have tried contacting Libas multiple times by phone, but no one answers, and there is no effort to understand or resolve the concern.
This lack of communication and accountability is extremely unprofessional. It is disappointing to see that a brand like Libas is unable to resolve a simple refund issue and is leaving customers without support.
I request that this matter be addressed and resolved at the earliest.
Very low quality products
Very low quality products. After one wash, the cotton bubble started in a dress material. No return policy for such a defective/ low quality material. Selling low quality product with high price. Do not buy Libas products.

I tried contacting their customer care multiple times through calls and emails, but every time they only said, “Please wait a little longer.”
After waiting for so long, I was finally told that they can’t do anything, and I will neither get my missing suits nor a refund.
This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
Such a big brand behaving so irresponsibly feels like a scam.
Their customer support is useless and refund policy is unclear.
👉 I would never recommend shopping from Libas.
It was a completely untrustworthy and frustrating experience!
