Although the outfit is nice its not the same as the photo. The Dupatta is a completely different color to the one in the image, it is white with a little embroidery, not pink. The trousers on the bottom arent green, instead the embroidery is green and the colors are different to the ones in the photo, theyre alot brighter and neon-ish.
Packaging was very good, it was tightly wrapped and it wasn't creased and shipping was extremely quick which i was extremely pleased with!

Do not order from them. When I was placing my order they said the dresses will be delivered 2days before I needed them. They made sure over and over but when I did not receive the delivery and tried to get in touch nobody even bothered checking my messages. My special occassion got ruined because of them. I ordered from the UK and I know that I will not get a refund or anything. Waste of my time and money. Extremely poor customer service.

I ordered an kameez with a dip dye plazzo trousers, it does look like the picture, however the quality isn't great but it was £35 so ill give them that.
The stitching was terrible, even the kameez wasn't straight.
They even sent 5 beads to attach on the sleeves when I needed 10, and it should have been already attached.
When I emailed them they didn't reply.

I initially wasn’t very happy as I was waiting for an update after I ordered as the site had stipulated an earlier delivery date, upon messaging them, I was informed the outfit I ordered they did not have the material in stock due to the current issues with the war, however they gave me other options that I was happy with, there was constant communication and updates, my outfit has arrived and it’s perfect, much nicer than the original one I had picked, the price is very reasonable, Thank you NforNari for making this into a good experience, I will definitely order again.

Do NOT ORDER from this company they advertise something else abd send something else. Its not the same quality or fabric. And if you want to return anything they say its your fault and you have to pay the oversea return fee. So you are out of pocket.

Ordered a suit via Instagram feed and placed order. Payment taken smoothly and item arrived after 12 days.
Quality of suit is lot better then expected. Will definitely be ordering again

The dresses are beautiful and actually how they described them. After making sure I checked the size guide, I ended up getting my exact size for the dresses as well.

I got 2 and both were great.

However, they did say they woukd deliver for eid, but it came a week after eid. So they took 2 weeks for delivery. You should keep that in mind.

Otherwise, good quality and true to pictures dresses!

Absolute worst experience ordering from them. My order didn't arrive in the required time and when i asked them for refund they began spinning stories that they are processing it. Neither did i get my order nor did i get my refund.

Ordered from this page 2 weeks ago they took the payment but never sent me the clothes, don't buy from these scammers!!!

Ordered 2 outfits in time for Eid as advertised as free 3 day UK shipping. Order confirmation received and payment taken, and since then no update, no order dispatched, no tracking, items haven’t arrived and all emails to the support email address are being ignored. Please get in contact with me to resolve this!

The Nari Team are absolutely amazing. Despite the festive rush they still worked hard to ship my order internationally and it got here on time. This is my second purchase from them and I’ve had 4 suits for me and my daughter. The quality, customer service and delivery are all 5*. If customers are ordering for Festive occasions I would advise to order in ample time due to the possibility of couriers/delivery companies delaying you receiving your order! Thanks again :)

I would avoid this company at all costs. I made an order & a week later i contacted them to ask about my order as i had not recived it. They told me that i need to order another one as it wont arrive in time for Eid. They promised the second dress i choose will 100% be here by Eid and ill be given tracking number. I then chose another dress & messaged a few days later asking why i havnt be provided with tracking number, they told me again that it wont be here on time for Eid. Even now i had to message. Disgraceful
