Communication was quick, efficient, and hassle-free. There was no need to wait long for responses, and Uzair was exceptionally helpful, responsive, and clear in addressing all of my questions and concerns. I have only recently placed my order and am still awaiting delivery of the products, so I cannot comment on their quality at this time. However, my experience with the communication and customer service has been excellent so far.

Terrible. They keep sending me newsletters and there is no unsubscribe option. I have written to them several times but they keep sending me newsletters and ignore my emails. Avoid at all costs.

Worst company DO NOT use. Send the wrong product. Colour ordered was peach and I received pink. They are impossible to deal with and all sound like those scamming calls. I am upset and angry and even after sending images they refuse to help. AVOID

I ordered an outfit which I’m trying to return as it doesn’t fit me well. It was advertised as jacquard silk, however it’s quite itchy and I have very sensitive skin so won’t be able to wear it. I contacted Mirraw by email as no one answers the phone… you’re left on hold indefinitely so just a waste of time!! Staff keep requesting pictures of the garment, however I don’t understand the need for this as I do not want to get the outfit altered - I can’t wear it and simply want to return it. This went on for a couple of days and incidentally it takes 24 hours for a reply to an email. I have now been informed that I will need to cover the cost of returning the outfit which is not clear from their website - only states 100% cashback! I have been waiting 3 days for a response and return address. Why is it so difficult?

Ordered from Mirraw, I ordered several stitched and ready-made items from Mirraw. When the products arrived, I was disappointed with the overall quality, fabric, appearance, and finishing, as they did not match how the items were represented online. Quality not as shown. Requested prepaid return label, but none provided. Return shipping from Canada quoted $150–400 per item, making returns impractical. No fair resolution offered. Sharing experience for other buyers.

Look at the difference this is what they have on their website and what they sent me. I was left in complete shock!! The one online is fully embellished and what they sent me was a dupatta with the tiniest amount of hair embellishment
The material online says silk and what I was given was not silk.
Extremely poor experience with Mirraw.
I ordered two products from Mirraw, but the quality was far below expectations. Since the items were not as described, I returned them following the proper return process. The return was completed successfully, but even after more than a month, I still have not received my refund.
What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper support and communication. Customers should not have to chase their own money after returning products according to the company’s policy. This kind of service is completely unacceptable for an online shopping platform.
I strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from Mirraw. Poor product quality combined with delayed refunds and weak customer service makes the whole experience very disappointing.

Ordered 3 items for my son same size when receied they all were different sizes but said same size when speaking to Sandesh really unhelpful and impossible to speak to them and get refunds. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THIS IS A RIP OFF AND DONT TRUST THEM.

Mirraw company is awsome, I had hassle free experience while ordering products n in getting refund also, so easy. Personally had a great experience while talking to this Mirraw person, Sandesh, listened to my issue patiently n gently n resolved it to my utmost satisfaction, did a great job in his capacity, thanks.
Size tag not found, received used/returned product and incorrect size
I received a sea green kurti, which was smaller, too tight, the size tag was removed by the seller and it had wrinkles and mild stains all over. It looks like a returned / Used product. The Palazzos were kids size while I ordered free size . When I escalated the issue, the rsponse was unhelpful and inconsistent. How can they ship an incorrect/poor product internationally and expect the customer to be responsible? Extremely poor service and hard to return and get refunds.

I ordered 2 different sarees one is lilac colour and other one is lavender but they took more than a month and sent 2 lavender colour sarees ( duplicate). Even after complaining about the missing order no response.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I do not recommend purchasing from this company. I ordered children’s clothing and received the wrong size, poor-quality material, and workmanship that did not match the description. They refused to admit their mistake. I also had to pay AUD 25 for the return, but according to the delivery company, the parcel is still stuck in India and has not been cleared. The seller refuses to follow it up, leaving me out of pocket for both the item and the shipping.
Poor customer service, no accountability, and a complete waste of money. Buyer beware — it’s far better to spend your money with a reputable company.

Terrible customer service.
Ordered 2 suits, fully paid and had to pay delivery £6 for each item separately although both ordered together. 1 has come after 3 months! And so much chasing, but sizing was wrong, supposed to be medium and top was medium but Pyjamas was a small size!
Took a very long time to get responses, returns is difficult, paid myself despite the error of the sizing. Sent with tracking and can see it reached the destination but was rejected, still not had a refund or a response. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed, very bad customer service. They made a mistake on my lenga blouse, they fist offered to send me a new one then decided not to. I have been communicing with Vishal Mishra for the last month going back and forward. And now he will not get back to my emails. Very disappointed the way they have treated me. Not professional at all. I would never buy again from this company. Waste of money, time, energy and left with a uncomple outfit.
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible, not to be trusted, not reliable. My order was delayed by a week initially and then another week, and it didn't come time for my event. Worst part, all the advisors advised me it will still come in time, and lied to me, all the way a day up to my event.
I even didn't get another outfit because they said it would be arriving in a few hours by the evening.
They lied. Every single time.
And it was for my bridal function and they knew this and still desieved me. They have refused to give me refund aswell

Beware of these scammers. I tracked my order multiple times via email and phone and no one gave me the correct information. after many emails and calls, they informed me the order would take an extra 12-15 days to deliver just 3 days before my event. Mirraw is not a trustworthy and professional company to order your items. don't believe them as they are lying to customers and you will end up with no solution.

I never received the garment
I never received the garment, It was purchased in February 2024, now 7 months later. Upon querying the purchase, information is requested and you never hear from the fantastic "team Mirraw" again.
They will not refund your money even when they are at fault. Be cautious with your purchase. I will never buy from this site again. Lesson learnt.

Quality and colour of the sari I ordered are different than advertised. Looks cheap. Blouse is also not stitched properly and is too tight.
