Lots of useful info and videos very clear.
But is one really expected to do this very time-consuming laborious stuff, which requires one to be half naked, "4 or 5 times a day" as it says in the arm video? What sort of life does the LTA imagine we lead?

We understand that following the recommended frequency of self-lymphatic drainage may not always be feasible. That's why we encourage our patients to adopt the notion that any movement is better than no movement. By incorporating lymphatic drainage techniques into your routine, even if it's only for a short period each day, you can significantly improve lymphatic flow and reduce swelling and discomfort.
Our guidance in the videos aims to provide a starting point, but we recognize the importance of adapting it to your individual needs and lifestyle. As long as you are consistent and dedicated to improving lymphatic flow, you will experience positive results.

Fantastic academy with thorough…
Fantastic academy with thorough training.
Jane and Stacy are excellent tutors with a wealth of knowledge.
The course was presented clearly in video and text form, zoom and face to face classes.
I felt confident with my training by the end of the course, and will definitely pursue further training with the academy.
