It was a very straightforward buying experience. No problems - I simply ordered and my purchase arrived quickly. Very pleased with it. I had confidence that the product I bought was uniquely made for Lymphoedema patients and the best that I could buy.

Unfortunately got locked out of web site
Unfortunately got locked out of web site eventually phoned and spoke to a helpful lady and eventually made my order for 2 Lymph balls round with a delivery charge of £4:95 ( very expensive for something so light weight ) eagerly awaited delivery which at that price I thought would be express delivery. Finally got my product a week later to find the product delivery charge was £3:25 second class by Royal Mail which delivers to where I live in the Channel Islands . I found this all very odd to say the least .

I feel that in this instance the team really went above and beyond to support you with your purchase, taking you through each step both with written instructions and over the phone.
We clarified with you that you cannot get locked out of our website as we do not have a log in feature, and that it is Vimeo that you had account issues with (something which is unfortunately outside of our control) and we still endeavored to provide our assistance.
When you could not easily access the videos on Vimeo, the team offered alternative solutions and ultimately went as far as to include SLD instructions with your order, which are usually only available to lymphoedema services.
I would also ask you to note that the £4.95 is not a 'delivery fee', it is postage and packaging. Yes, the cost directly to Royal Mail is £3.25 for shipping but there are additional costs associated with each shipment, including the packaging for the item, printing of the postage label, the document enclosed wallet, the compliments slip, the cost of physically getting the item to Royal Mail, and the time it takes to do all of this. I am sorry that you found this 'odd'. Had you contacted our team directly, as you did on previous occasions, they would have happily explained this.
As with all feedback, we welcome your opinion and will take what you have said into consideration and assess how our processes can be more simple. It is unfortunate that negative reviews for small companies can have devastating impacts and I hope that this review does not put patients and those with lymphoedema off from accessing support with us through our products and videos.
