I purchased a roller set with a ball and a cylinder to alleviate the severe bruising caused by my SLD. Delivery was swift, but the checkout process left me puzzled due to three mailing options. Thinking I’d get printed instruction sheets, I chose an option that cost an extra pound. Unfortunately, the sheets didn’t arrive. Customer service clarified the misunderstanding and promised to send them. A digital version would suffice, but I couldn’t locate instructions on the website. I'm still waiting for them, but I hope they’ll arrive soon.As for the products, I find them a bit pricey. The blue ball is roughly tennis ball-sized, larger than anticipated, and the roller looks like a capsule, half blue, half white, adorned with a logo. Both are lightweight and made from low-density foam with a smooth finish, reminiscent of promotional giveaways I've had before. These items could have been shipped more economically if compressed flat, as they’d regain shape upon unpacking. Comparable foam toy products might be available at a fraction of the cost in discount or toy stores. My dogs, if inclined to fetch them, would likely make short work of their durability. I’ve rated this four stars mainly because the delivery was prompt. Instructions have yet to be received two weeks after assurance, but hopefully, they're en route.

Emily wrote a kind reply to my email when my item had not arrived, she followed up with me several times before my package arrived.

At first I gave 1 star as hadn’t received the item. This was found to be the fault of the Royal Mail who for some reason redirected the parcel.
LTA then very promptly sent another item so I have updated to 5 stars. I did eventually receive the first parcel so to be fair returned the second one.

Easy ordering, fast delivery and great product.

Goods were ordered and arrived with no problems. The Item itself was a little smaller than I thought but for the groin and back of knee where the swelling is located it fits well.

Very straightforward

This was the 2nd item I purchased and the service was very good. I spoke to a young lady when the item was late arriving, she was most polite and helpful. The item arrived eventually, not within the expected time, but that was due to Royal Mail's incompetence. The postage cost the same as the item I purchased, so I wasn't too pleased. Not your company's fault but needed to be
mentioned I think.

I ordered a ball and cylinder shaped roller because my SLD had resulted in severe painful bruising and I hoped these would help. I received them quickly. I was confused by the 3 postage options at checkout, I thought the one that mentioned printed instruction sheets was an option to receive the sheets, I selected that and it was a pound extra. I didn't receive the instructions and when I queried it this was explained. I have been promised the sheets (a digital version would be fine but I can't find any instructions on the website) as a gesture of goodwill, I haven't yet received those. Hopefully I will soon.
The products themselves seem overpriced. I received a blue ball the size of a tennis ball (I expected it to be smaller) and the capsule shaped roller (blue one end and white the other - just like a capsule) that are printed with the logo. These are both very light weight fairly low density foam with a smooth surface, they actually look like freebie promotional items that I've had in the past. They could possibly have been compressed flat and posted for a fraction of the postage cost, I think they would pop up into shape when released. I think if you went to a pound shop or toy shop you could buy a foam child's safety "tennis" ball, maybe even the capsule shape or similar, and save yourself paying at least 5 times the cost for these. If my dogs were inclined and grabbed them they would be destroyed in seconds. I'm only giving 4 starts because I received the two items quickly. Instructions still not received two weeks after being promised some, but hopefully they are on the way.

Explained simply why I have lymphodema and how we work to reduce it. Good humoured staff, friendly and professional.
Got through it quickly without rushing.
