Order no 8337 - My experience has been very much like the last review, I ordered a bedding set and the fabric was a different colour than shown on the site, it cost me £80 to return back to China. I have proof it’s been received back but they still haven’t refunded my money and they aren’t answering my emails or my messages on Instagram. Do not order from them.

1. The duvet cover was not as expected. I tried to returned it. I thought it is a UK company. I should have read the return policy. Please be aware that you have to return it to CHINA recorded post. They said they will refund after receipt of return. It had already cost me £189.00. I have never returned anything to China. Recorded delivery would cost a few £££ so decided to keep it.

2. They sent US King Size even though I selected Super King. When I query it, they said that the EU Super King will not fit UK Super King so they sent me US King Size. The options on the website - Super King Size. You would assume it is for UK Super King. Apparently not!! US King is very baggy on a UK Super King Size Duvet.

I would not buy from them unless you are very very sure you will not want to return because it will cost you. Quality of the cover is maybe just above average but it creases and not worth £189.00. They have the same item in Amazon. Would have been a lot easier to return. Moral of the story - never buy when you are in bed and click on pop up adverts.

Website easy to navigate, Fabulous items to choose from. Ultra fast delivery, my order was place on 5th April and was delivered within 5 days which was well inside the delivery window specified. I was sceptical that my items would be any good but I was so totally proven wrong, so so pleased with them I am now going to buy some more. They have plenty to choose from and they're so pretty too.

I ordered the super king 6 piece set, it arrived in good time. Well packaged and beautifully presented. The feel is truly luxurious and the detail is stunning. Cannot wait to dress my bed then order another set.
Definitely recommend this company and the product.

It took quite a while for everything to arrive and I had to ask multiple times, but in the end everything arrived and the set is just stunning and amazing quality!

I purchased the cecile duvet cover set from this company. While i was a bit sceptical at the beginning i must admit that the quality is absolutely stunning.
I bought bedding from other stores claiming to sell luxury bedding, but the quality of luxurier is another planet. Soft, silky, beautiful. Willl be buying more!

Avoid this company at all costs. I had purchased a black lion ornament from this site for £85 and have not received it. I have tried to contact them in many different ways to no avail. When I call their number (which they make really difficult to find) it says calls cannot be accepted. I got a response just once where they informed me that they didn't have my item in stock (this was after I sent emails and contacted via their webpage) they asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted one sent out with high priority as they now have it in stock. I asked them to send it with high priority to which there was no response again. It's really sad to find sites which label themselves as luxury and have obviously spent time and effort making their products look nice on the website but their service is dreadful. As it stands, I still have no item, Christmas has passed and it was my husband's christmas present and the money is out of my account. Noone to be found to even respond to me.

100% agree with another reviewer below called Susan. Ordered the Cecile Duvet Cover Set and like the review below, it arrived duck taped from China. I’m shocked at the packaging for the price paid. The actual covers appeared similar to what is shown in the pictures (they are beautiful) but because it was meant to be a luxury gift I felt embarrassed to gift it because of the poor packaging. I therefore emailed for a refund and I have received no reply. Buy with caution.

Update: I did receive a reply and they offered me a refund or an extra 5% off! I will keep the covers now and use the extra 5% to get a nice box to gift the covers in!

The product is not at all as it seems, and after service is non existent.
- We bought a set inc duvet cover, bed sheet and two pillow cases for circa £250. The quality of the cotton (claims to be 1000 count Egyptian cotton ) appears good.
The issues are
-The workmanship of the embroidery, this is almost laughably bad, you could barley believe. Looks homemade, at best.
- The fit; this is not a king size as described and is way too big for our king size duvet.

“Afterservice” is defensive, antagonistic unhelpful and combative. (Happy to share email chain if needed) already accusing me of “ruining it in our washing machine “ “our legal team are standing by”

Currently in communication with my bank and UK Trading standards to assist as I have no confidence that this organisation are serious retailers
Do yourself a favour and just avoid, it looks terrible once unpacked (compared to images online).

Outstanding bedding.
I have worked for years in the furniture business and seen dozens of bedding sets.
The set we've purchased here is great in terms of quality, price is not cheap but it's worth.
The lady in the chat also helped with sizing as we have a superking duvet but needed a king fitted sheet, all perfect as requested.
Delivery was pretty fast, properly packed.
I bought egyptian cotton in the past but wasn't so soft like this, the high thread count helps for sure.
Happy to buy again.

I purchased a UK Double size bedding set from Luxurier a couple of weeks ago. When it arrived it was tiny, wrapped in plastic & duct tape from China! as I thought I hadn't ordered anything from China I didn't know what it was, imagine my surprise when it turned out to be my luxury bedding! But that’s not where it ends. The sheets are huge and not a UK Double size bed which is 135 x 190 cm. The sheets are far too big and, hence, unusable. The fabric is shiny, thin stuff that is almost impossible to put on the bed. It is certainly not what a british person thinks of as 500 thread count Egyption cotton.

I emailed the seller about the issues, got told to return everything to China even though the website says the company is based in UK - at my own cost £38.00 AND for a 9% restocking fee (no mention of that in their returns policy) they offered to arrange this for me including printing a label. I reluctantly agreed and asked them to arrange pickup but didn’t hear another thing from them despite emailing them many, many times they NEVER replied. I even tried contacting them through other media’s like their Facebook page and the ‘chat’ icon on their website. Their returns rules are very strict and have a 14 day time limit so I was very worried as I had paid £175.00 for this bedding. Check out the Luxurier returns policy, if that’s not enough to put you off buying from this Company nothing will!

Finally, in desperation I contacted PayPal and they have been fantastic negotiated on my behalf, arranging for me to send the bedding back to an address in London, I assume one of their agents. Once confirmation from Royal Mail proved that the bedding had been received I got a full refund however, I cannot recommend this company at all!

The bedding set is truly amazing.
I'm in Italy and bought it for my new house in Liverpool, UK
I was sceptic as I checked both their reviews on site and on trustpilot and initially worried about sizing.
The thing is that they have clearly described the sizes in centimetres so it's basically impossible to mistake (unless you don't know the size of your duvet).
Quality is outstanding, really soft and the design is like the picture.
I will buy again as i have seen a couple more sets that i like a lot. Thank you

We received our items about a week ago, they kept us up to date on the delivery. parcel arrived as described by the other reviewer, in a extremely solid bundle which was hard to break into and my heart had fallen, expecting the worst!! However on opening when we eventually cracked it open, the quality of the bedding was gorgeous AND very luxurious and looked just like the photographs we had bought from!! Unfortunately like the other reviewer the duvet and the extra fitted sheet for the bottom of the bed (I had ordered it extra) are too big so we have had to tie the flat sheet at one side to stop it moving and the duvet cover has spare either side, which is not really noticeable, but I wish the company had properly found out about the UK and Euro sizing as they have definitely got it wrong, the size they make is too wide as the other reviewer confirmed, so the whole thing would have been perfect if not for the sizing being wrong, so COME ON LUXURIER, put this right for your Europe and UK customers, and get your king size bedding correct!!
