We travelled nearly 90 miles each way to buy a car.....twice!
I have just bought a brand new MG HS from Andy M at Luscombe because he was so good when my husband bought a car from him last year.
We do our research when looking for a car and are prepared to travel to get a good deal. on our first trip last year, we had already visited one garage but didn't feel we had the best trade in offer for my husband's car. Having journeyed on to Leeds, we met Andy M in the MG showroom. He was honest, open and welcoming. He was transparent throughout the process and we felt really well looked after. Andy M kept us up to date with the delivery as well has having a great sense of humour. He gave my husband the price he was expecting for trade in. All in all, he couldn't have done any more for us.

Fast forward to March this year. I decided to change my car ahead of the summer and wanted to buy a new MG. We didn't consider going anywhere else and turned up on a Sunday morning and made a beeline for Andy M. Again, he was fantastic and gave us a good trade in price for my car. My new car is just amazing and I love it to bits. Part of that is the experience of buying from Andy M. I can't praise or recommend him enough - I have been able to call him at any time and he has happily kept me up to date on delivery and availability for collection. He even put in enough petrol to get us home yesterday - another 90 miles!

If you want to buy a car, I would definitely recommend Luscombes at Leeds, but further than that, I would say that you should go into the showroom and turn right - Andy M's desk in the corner, next to the MG Cyberster. He's a a lovely man and we have a lot to thank him for!

There were no pressure sales tactics. Just good advice on the type of car I required. Andy Jones in particular at Luscombe MG Leeds was brilliant. He talked me through everything in the car on collection. Very happy with the service. Thoroughly recommend them.

Buying my car was made very easy by sales representative Lucy from start to finish it was a relaxed and professional service.I bought an MGZS 1.5 Hybrid and I am very impressed by the car.

Lucy, the Salesperson, was excellent. She listened to what I was after, and excelled in making it happen. Constant communication throughout, and did what she promised on time.

Ash the sales person was very professional he made us very welcome when we arrived at the garage. He made us aware of all the paper work and ensured we under stood what was written anything we were not sure of Ash explained it in simple terms. He demonstrated everything on the new vehicle we purchased and before we drove away made us feel very happy with our purchase.

Although buying a new car can be fun, it can also be stressful. This is not the first time I have bought a car form a dealership, I am turning 70 so I have had many cars over the last 48 years of driving. I did however find at Luscombe MG Leeds's very different from other dealers in the past. I found Joe not to be pushy or after a quick sale, although we all know that their job is to sell cars and as many as they can (true)?

I had a number of questions about the car as I had changed the model I was driving, from a Ford to a MG, and very pleased I did, but that’s another story.

Over the 3 weeks that it took from enquiring about the car over the phone to buying, Joe gave me the necessary time I needed to finally make a decision and a brilliant price to cap it off with.

If you are looking to make a purchase for a car, then I would highly recommend Luscombe’s Leeds and ask for Joe Plunkett, but saying that, I did find all the staff extremely helpful and making sure I was looked after, even keeping me top up with coffee, which was very welcoming.

Been using Luscombe's Leeds for a lot of years now for servicing and parts, and when it came time to changing my car I thought I would try them first, on arrival was greeted by James said i was looking for a new car and I have an MG 5 as the MG 5 is no more he showed us round the current range we talked about what I needed and wanted and we decided on a new MG ZS EV Trophy long range, deal done with the least of hassle, James kept in contact over the next week and we were waiting for our car with updates Handover went smoothly all paper work done with ease

My husband and I recently bought an MG car from Luscombe's. For the first time when buying a car (and we have bought several over the years) we actually enjoyed the experience!
Our sales adviser Ash was a really welcoming, polite and friendly guy. He gave us all the relevant information about add on products but was not pushy at all. We were buying a car which was considerably more technical than the one we traded in but he was more than helpful in explaining the many and varied functions.
Luscombe's really do provide excellent customer service. Even the little things like offering a drink straight away are really appreciated. They are definitely true to their word of helping you to buy a car, not to sell you a car and clearly excellent customer service is fundamental to their success.

Nice and smooth from the start. I didn't feel presured into buying or purchasing any extras, even though they were offered. Car delivered to home address, a day late but no fault of anyone due to sickness low on staff. Highly recommend 👌

I am a New customer to Luscombes Motors as I wanted to take a look at the MG brand.The showroom is fairly local to where I live so getting there wasn’t a problem.The sale staff were very welcoming & friendly allowing me to look at the vehicles & only approaching me when I asked. Sales executive Lucy was excellent providing answers to all the many questions I asked,Lucy also allowed my wife & I to take out the demonstrator which sealed the deal.A great buying experience & would certainly recommend Luscombes Garage.

Great communication. Lucy (Moss) was very professional, friendly and took the time to sort out the paperwork and to walk me through the process. The overall deal was competitive. On collection the car was well presented and Lucy explained the cars features to me.

We were very happy with the way in which Andy Jones dealt with our enquiry and eventual purchase of an MG3 Trophy. No pressure whatsoever. Great handover with full explanation of the many functions that the car offers. Overall, an excellent experience.
