Had a great experience buying a new car (MG HS PHEV) from Luscombe MG Leeds, so much better than previous purchases from other dealerships, with a focus on customer service and not the normal hard sell I associate with buying a car. I can't fault Ash Shahzad who throughout was really friendly and very helpful, making sure all aspects of the purchase were understood and also answering various questions after the sale.

I will certainly be recommending Luscombe MG, and Ash in particular, to any family/friends who are looking to buy a car in the future

We left the showroom to reflect on the purchase and visited competitors. We contacted Joe twice more to gain further information, and again questions were answered without askin for. Commitment to buy. We bough a car from Luscombes with no hassle.

Dealing with Nathan to purchase our new MG ZS HYBRID + has been the easiest purchase I have ever made. The car was bought over the phone as we were on an extended holiday in Spain, nothing was too much trouble for him. The handover was very comprehensive and again his patience and care was really appreciated.

I thought I was being looked after nicely when I bought my car,let's face it it's always expected when buying a car the true measure of a company is in its after sales...well I've experienced it twice now and it has been absolutely amazing. I know service techs do a 'walk round' video but mine showed the detailed checks on the brake pads, tyres etc, not only helpful but very reassuring that they had been carried out,and correctly. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, put your trust in them, you won't regret a minute of your decision.

I recently purchased an 18 month old second-hand car from Luscombe, after my car was stolen. Ash went above and beyond to make sure that the process was as seamless as possible, offering flexibility around collection date and time, and providing me with a courtesy car in between purchasing the car and collection. The experience for me was completely different from previous car buying experience, and I felt welcomed, listened to and supported to choose the car that was right for me. I wasn't pushed at all towards more expensive cars, and was given time and space to think about whether I wanted each of the optional add ons. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from this garage in the future.

I recently changed my car and I've never been a customer of Luscombe’s Leeds before, but I’ll definitely buy from them again. Brilliant customer experience from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for their sales and service teams - this is how buying a car should be - stress free! Unpressurised and enjoyable buying experience, a proper test drive, correct valuation for my part exchange, easy online paperwork and the handover on collection day was spot on. My new car was cleaned and valeted brilliantly, they even topped up the fuel tank! Looking for a quality car, then go and talk to Andrew Jones on the sales team - I received a first-class service from him.

Just went in to have a look around and wanted some help. Was approached by Sam Jackson who talked me through some options. Took into consideration budget and expectations and was great without being pushy. Love my new car and would absolutely deal with Sam again.
