Lumuwala is a small, women-owned bedding brand built around one stubborn belief: the things you sleep on every night should feel as good as anything else you own. We started Lumuwala because we couldn't find pillows and comforters that were genuinely soft, properly cooling, and didn't cost what a weekend away does — so we made them ourselves. Today we're best known for our Cloud Pillow — a soft, breathable, cooling pillow designed for people who run hot at night. We also make sheets, comforters, and a small lineup of bedding essentials, all chosen because we'd actually want them on our own beds. Behind Lumuwala there are just a handful of us. We pack orders by hand, write our customer support replies ourselves, and answer to every email personally. We grew faster than we planned for over the past few months, and our communication during that stretch wasn't where we wanted it to be. We've apologized to the customers it affected directly, and we've rebuilt the entire side of the business that handles email and shipping updates so it doesn't happen again. The “Cloud” pillow cradles my neck and head to make me feel So comfy! No wiggling around to find a nice spot. I’m a side sleeper and my head just feels so nice and ready to sleep. Sometimes I wake on my back and it feels equally as comfy! Fantastic!

I’ve been using the Lumuwala Cloud Pillow for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the most comfortable pillows I’ve tried. It feels soft and plush while still giving good neck support, especially for side and back sleeping. The cooling feel is noticeable during the night, and the pillow keeps its shape much better than regular pillows. I wake up with less neck stiffness and sleep more comfortably overall. Great quality, breathable fabric, and definitely worth trying if you want a hotel like sleep experience.

Scam of a company - Lumuwala support email no longer exists
Samantha from Lumuwala replied to my review stating to send an email to the support email addy provided so they can look into this further. Although I have previously sent 6 emails in Feb 2026 with only AI generated replies, this email no longer exists.
Great work Samantha from Lumuwala.
All the reviews are the same experience as mine. They do not send the package and the tracking number you receive belongs to another company and another recipient. So when they advise go to the courier, the courier cannot help you as they never received a package from this company.

Not what I was expecting at all. At first, I was sure I got scammed. There was no order confirmation and no customer service. About a month later I did receive a pillow, wrapped in plastic with no other labels or anything. The pillow is very small and hard, not like advertised and it's not comfortable. I wish I could get a refund.

***Update***I received an email and a reply to my review to make things right however when I respond to the emails it bounces back saying that email is invalid (I replied to the email I received, emailed from a different account and still the same result). If this company does make things right and ship me the product I paid for I will update my review accordingly but there’s still something off about this company. I do hope they are trying to do the right thing and this is just a glitch with their email system.

They sent my order to the wrong address. They have yet to reship or refund me. Unable to get help from the courier service as I do not know what address they shipped to but it’s not mine. They have a generic auto response to all emails and don’t actually read or respond to customers. They are not a company I would ever suggest using. No way to contact an actual person and they are just a terrible company who will take your money and not deliver

This one's on us. The package went to the wrong address, the courier couldn't help you because the name on it isn't yours, and the replies you got from our side clearly weren't reading what you wrote. None of that is your problem to solve.
Email me at support@lumuwala.com with the email you ordered under. I'll look at the label we generated versus the address you typed in at checkout and figure out where it went sideways. You can pick a reshipment or a refund, whichever you'd rather. I'll handle the message myself, no template.
