Customer service is incredible!
Just wanted to share my personal experience with Orion. A couple of months ago, I bought an Orion Sleep system. I used it for a few weeks and worked with the customer service team, which was always very helpful and responsive, but unfortunately I just didn’t see the results that I wanted to see to justify a $2500 purchase. The Orion customer support team, specifically Rochelle, was very understanding when I requested a return, and sent me a free return label as well as free packaging to ship the sleep system back in. I dropped off the package at a UPS store and sent them the shipping label. Unfortunately, after I left, they applied the shipping label to the wrong package and sent Orion a box of toys as my return, and sent my Orion sleep system to whoever was supposed to receive the toys. I spent a couple of weeks emailing, calling, and trying to work with UPS to get this issue resolved, but unfortunately I just wasn’t getting anywhere. Finally, I sent Rochelle an email and asked her if she could look into it. She said she would, and within a couple of days she had found the package and had orchestrated for things to be made right. A little under a week later, Rochelle confirmed they had received my sleep system and had processed the refund. All that to say, I can confirm from personal experience that Orion’s customer support team is incredible!
