I love that I have a number to text where I get an almost immediate response. I love the NP managing my meds and her concern and that I can also email her to get answers to my questions. I also like the fact that they require periodic bloodwork. I feel well- cared for, however, the only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I feel their prices are too high. I'm reluctant, but feel the need to shop around and get a better price. If only they would become more competitive with their cost, I would never even consider leaving.

Over all the experience was good. There were minor mistakes but they would take care of it right away.
unfortunately they are on the higher end for pricing ,and So I had to find another company.

I legitimately had nothing but problems with this company. From sending out medication that’s supposed to be refrigerated without tracking information. To having wrong dosage on the bottle. To having them continually waste my time. Dont waste your time or money

I like that i can speak to someone on zoom before comitting. The prices are too high and upfront payment plan is not fair

Company was good.

Investigated a few, this was the best feasible option on my low income.

Might have got in on their ground floor, but my initial shipments came from a Florida compounding pharmacy, then it switched to SoCal.

Honestly, I've never have had a good shipment.

The FedEx insular packaging and their lame cold pack never did the intended job.

Medicine arrived hot, which made me skeptical and uncomfortable.
Especially because we're literally not getting the real meds, just some compounded stuff, and who knows what's really in that?

My first tele med person seemed great, first two calls, but then she shamed me for losing 10, not 8, lbs in a month.
Don't shame me bish!
Encourage me, say I've done well, I might want to slow down, but don't try to belittle me for doing well!.

Yeah, so she shut my dose down, made me plateau, and honestly lose what was a personal high, doing well, and feeling good, good feeling gone.

Actually i stopped the meds, she didn't give me the dose I required, so I wasn't actually losing any more weight.
I bowed out.

Ah, but then the weight gain crept back on, grr

That's not what they tell you at all!

You're in these meds for life!

The commercials even say that now, in the fine print, for Semiglutide as a whole, if you stop the medication, you will regain the weight.

I did start back up, after I started regaining weight, I was panicking.

They had reconstructed their dosage plan, to 2 shots a week, at a 2.5 dose.

That was better frankly.
Because the 3.5 max dose, once per week, left your body waning on compliance, and leaning back to being hungry towards the end of the dose.

I appreciated the new and evolving guidelines, and had high hopes for renewed affects and results.

Unfortunately, wow, these meds worked great the first time around, but not so much on subsequent.

I was one of the unfortunate ones that had Tachycardia, my heart rate really ramped up if I used these meds. That was scary and awful.

Literally, the worst thing for my mental state, aside from the physical aspect, is being fat.

I don't care about my excuses.
I, like 95% of people, have extenuating circumstances, but man, it tanks my mental health being heavy.

And I was willing to pay the $249 per month, on disability, only making 1100, to do this for me.

Let's be honest, if I'm sane, I will do better in all aspects of life.
This has wide reaching and an intense impact on every facet of my life and image of self worth...

Please realize that you might have to be on these meds for your whole life to sustain the weight loss.

Yes, initially, it's wonderful to have your bodys, hey, I'm full, sensor working great!
But if you stop, for me, it reset with a literal, no holds barred, you will never be sated again or full!!!

I could cry.
I am devastated.
I've gained back 75% of the weight.

These injections give you anorexia and constipation, beware.
You stop, you gain weight back.
Better yet, your bodys' full sensor, at least for me, is broken, damaged and you can eat all day long and never fill the void.

The nurse, or whomever, CCRider, was so great the first tele health thing, then she didn't even remember that she liked me and found what I said interesting, just keyed in on me losing 2lbs a week, which in a long month is 10 lbs.

Dude, don't shame me, just encourage something of a shift.

I ended up not restarting with this company, chose a better deal, which was a first month coupon thing unfortunately.

But man, they dealt with I wanna say Red Rocks pharmacy?
Those folks knew how to create, package and ship medicine that arrived perfect, in 100 degree weather here, hotter there, still cold.
Top of the line packaging, compounds and company.

These guys use their new compounder out of SoCal, but I've received literally too hot to touch vials of medicine.

Sure man, call it ok, meh, sub par, and don't put heat sensor strips in the package for medicine compliant shipments, like other companies do.

Dealt with this company for over a year.
Yes, initially I lost weight.
Yes, it cost me a lot, but I budgeted me as a priority for mental health.

In the long run, I'm down 10 lbs, had lost 40, due to the anorexic meds, and boy howdy, y'all need to adapt to constipation awareness!
Psyllium, stool softeners and senna are your friends.
I didn't eat for days, felt like I was going to pass out when I stiod up, couldn't do physical work, etc.

So, for 2k, I'm down 10lbs.

Was shamed by CCRider, who derailed any good feelings.
With the joy of shame and don't get so enthusiastic, damn, I was on such a roll and so happy, but bish shut me down.
U've never recovered, just resorted back to comfort eating and all encompassiing depression.

For me, they did not support my journey, take time to understand where my traumas lie, and ultimately, left me feeling like they took my money and ran, not caring about me.

I have been a patient/customer for 3-4 months now and this is my second raving review. I missed my 90 day required appointment with a provider because life gets busy and things happen. However I was able to quickly schedule with Janine who is absolutely amazing! She was able to personalize a plan for me as well as refer me to the nutritionist to help me get the most out of this experience. Every time I have a question Nikko the most wonderful support staff answers all my questions within 24 hours. He even tells me he will personally take care of my orders, making me feel assured and confident I will get my meds on time. They are expediting my medication to ensure I will not have a lapse between injections. Though it was all my fault for forgetting to meet with a provider, everyone has been quick in making sure I stay on track! I highly recommend anyone deciding between all the different companies to choose enhance!

Everyone I've spoken to has been very professional and friendly.

I got a message about the results that were needed - as I just had a yearly Dr. visit and sent them my bloodwork results. They needed two more readings of items not tested. So I drove an hour and 20 minutes to get them. Two weeks later I got an e-mail that there was another test I needed. So now I have to find the time to do that when it could have been done in the same trip.

I appreciate all the helpful people I have encountered with enhanced MD. Everyone was very kind. I do wish the first person I talked with was a little more informative and allowed for questions. All though he was very nice he seemed to have alot going on and didn't have time for questions. Like his schedule didn't allow time for questions. Otherwise it has been a very pleasant experience so far.

They make signing up very easy and explained everything clearly so you understand and answered any questions I had.. My virtual appointment with the nurse also went very well. I've never used a syringe before but she made it a breeze to understand. Everyone has been so helpful and very professional. I wasn't nervous at all and thanks to everyone at Enhance MD. I will definitely recommend you to others!!!

I loved how easy the onboarding was. The representative was extremely friendly and thorough. He made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I am 3 weeks in and have already been seeing some weight loss and a boost of energy. Excited to see my full results in a few months.

I have to give 5 stars to Enhance MD! They have guided me through this journey for almost a year with wonderful guidance, professionalism and responsiveness! I have been at maintenance for a few months now with great support on how to keep the weight off. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend!

Everything went very smooth and fast the second time around. The first time around we had some glitches.
